I came to this beauty supply store to grab one item. The cashier was busy talking with another person behind the counter. She rung up my item and I quickly paid however, Lorine never asked me for my phone number to get my reward points for my purchase. When I asked her is it customary to ask the customer for their phone number to apply to there reward points she stated she forgot to ask and I could get points on my next purchase however, what will that do for my purchase today? She responded that it was nothing she could do since the transaction was completed. i frequent the KC Hair outlet & salon on liberty road purchasing hair products, wigs, and makeup. I generally love this location because of the helpfu, caring staff. There is one cashier that works at that location that is generally rude, unhelpful, condescending, and uncaring. i dread going to her register when she's there, because she makes you feel like she doesn't want to help you, and why are you here. I just left out of there and I asked her what blow dryer comb should I purchase for my Silver bird blow dryer. She brushed me off like she don't know and I should just purchase the items i have in my cart. I have purchased the blow dryer comb from this location before so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager was very helpful and assisted me by looking in my account to find what I purchased before. The other cashiers will tell you if you have any savings, not this young person. Every product under the sun is available from cosmetics and useless accessories to everything needed to have your hair laid , fried, dyed and laid (again) to the side. Didn't find the hair that I was looking for and there was no one on the floor to assist. I went to this location to purchase a wig, in the process I had a discussion with the sales person. Whoever sells wigs over there on the side. We discussed two wigs, I couldn't make up my mind. So I stepped away briefly no more than a few minutes, I came back with the wig that I wanted it in hand, sat it on the counter, called for the associate, told her I changed my mind. I'm going to go with the wig I had set on the counter in front of me on camera. and she told me she would take my product up to the counter because that's a part of their process you don't take your own wigs to the counter they take it to the counter for you , I went to the counter I waited. She came right around the corner with a wig I paid for the stuff I had in hand. I left and when I finally got home I realize it was not the correct wig. I immediately called them. I immediately explained there was some miscommunication, a little small mishap and that I had the wrong product and they flat out told me that they couldn't take it back! which is even funnier because I wasn't expecting just to give the product back and get a refund. I wanted to exchange for the product that pulled to the counter, but in my face clear as day, from the associate I originally talk to, to the manager Queeni looks me dead in my face and tells me I cannot get the product that I ACTUALLY asked for! and that I HAVE the product that I am suppose to have?? They have very good beauty products. I love that I can come in for whatever product I need for my hair and they will have it but the reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the hair they sell. It is very bad, at least in my experience. I bought 4 bundles of 22'' and had them installed a couple of days later and immediately they started tangling up after I got my hair done. I thought it may have been something I did that may have cause it so I just brushed the tangle out and went along my way but it kept happening! Everytime I brushed it out, the hair would shed like crazy! I went to the salon a few days after and they told me this was very bad hair and I need to have it taken out immediately. Very well informed sales people. I don't live in the area, so I was very hesitant to travel that far. But after talking to the manager, I think he was the manager. It doesn't matter whom he is/was, because he was surprisingly well educated on the product I wanted to buy.
