They made you feel comfortable. The salon is beautiful, well kept, and clean. However, I received a haircut that was supposed to be long layers and I did not receive that. The layers were not blended- the shortest layer was one blunt cut that didn't blend or flow with the rest of my hair... it looks like weird long bangs. It's truly awful, I cried. I can't do a single thing with my hair; everything honestly looks so terrible! I am truly disappointed and saddened. I went to another salon to get the layers fixed. It was literally so bad she immediately told me she couldn't fix it for another two months until my hair grew back, considering the length & texture of my hair. Terrible... I am so so upset- I had expected more considering the amazing reviews. The receptionist who washed my hair and got me ready was perfect.
