My husband scheduled what was clearly communicated and booked (with both Molly and the spa) as a touch-up service with a set price of $150. During his visit, he was told he had a few additional hairs on his neck, which were quickly treated. However, at checkout, he was charged $300--double the quoted price. When I reached out for clarification, I was told he had been treated for a full area, which was not accurate based on what was actually done. Despite explaining this, we were told we were lying and that they would stand behind their new employee. A week later, I received a phone call informing both of us that we were no longer welcome as clients and to "find somewhere else to go." After I shared my experience in a review, I was then contacted again and threatened with legal action if I did not remove it. This situation was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially after years of being a customer. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend this spa due to poor communication and lack of customer service. Things are good until they are not.

Based on my experience, I believe this company demonstrates poor customer service and questionable business practices. I've had an amazing experience with Injecting Confidence!…read more I was invited to a demo event at Injecting Confidence for LaseMD Ultra. I did some research beforehand to better understand how or if LaseMD Ultra would be helpful for me personally. The event was informative, helpful and fun. I liked being able to see a live demonstration of the laser before I made a decision. LaseMD Ultra is highly effective, for those seeking noticeable improvements in skin clarity, tone, and texture without downtime. I have had sun spots and some other areas of uneven skin tone that I wanted to see evened out. The process itself only takes about 15-20 minutes after the numbing cream has set. The laser is a slightly uncomfortable sensation that I would compare to getting a tattoo, but it's temporary and the numbing cream does help considerably. Ragi walked me through the process, checking in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was okay. She also sent me home with clear instructions on how to hydrate and clean my skin and she checked in on me in the days after the treatment which is the kind of customer service I appreciate. Afterwards, my skin felt warm for a few hours. There is some redness the day of but the hot sensation and the redness subsided after a couple of hours. For the next several days there is a "sandpaper" phase. During this time the microscopic treated cells rise to the surface and naturally flake off. This is very subtle and doesn't involve heavy, dramatic peeling. What was noticeable after my first treatment was that the spots on my face from sun damage and small scars were almost completely gone! The office itself is lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming! I can't say enough good things about Injecting Confidence and Ragi! Thank you!! Ultimately, if you are looking for a highly customizable treatment that delivers a dramatic boost in radiance and an evening of skin tone with minimal interruption to your weekly routine, the LaseMD Ultra is an excellent, science-backed investment.
