As it turned out, I am either not fat enough or too tall to qualify for the program that I wanted. But since I'm not entirely sure of my height, we scheduled another appointment two weeks away, during which Simona would measure me. I decided that I would start using heavy weights again to build muscle, since a foot fracture derailed my workouts and caused weight gain. However...I then decided that I probably am too tall and still might not qualify. And I likely couldn't gain significantly more muscle in two weeks. So I went on Groupon to get a refund. To my COMPLETE surprise, my Groupon had been redeemed without my knowledge or consent. I called, and it was explained to me that they always redeem the Groupons upon arrival, in order to prevent people from getting the service and then claiming a refund. While I understand that concern, it's a terrible business practice to do that BEFORE determining eligibility. I probably did look fat enough, as I was wearing a baggy sweatshirt over leggings. I was not told that they had redeemed my Groupon, probably because I had scheduled a new appointment. I told them that, commonly, providers ask me to pull up the voucher AFTER the service, or, if it's a facial treatment, sometimes when I arrive. And then *I* mark it as used in front of them. This action cannot be undone, so the provider is protected. I think this is a MUCH better practice, especially when there are eligibility requirements. As a side note, I am appalled to learn that people try to scam providers. Ugh. Shameful. Simona promptly sent the email confirming my ineligibility, which Groupon requires for a refund, and for that I'm grateful. I gave five stars because although I was initially very disappointed, then furious, the situation was handled as well as possible. I'm going to look at some of their other services, since I likely won't qualify for the one that I purchased.

I work with Simona who I believe is the manager? GM? Regardless, she is super freaking nice. The space is very cozy with tons of creamy plush couches, plants and they always offer tea and water. I haven't tried any of their other treatments (I have another med spa I like that is closer to home and doesnt offer semaglutide) but they seem to offer tons -- dermaplanes, facials, IV vitamin boosts, etc.. I drive 30 minutes just to come here for the affordability. So, I hope that says something!

My husband scheduled what was clearly communicated and booked (with both Molly and the spa) as a touch-up service with a set price of $150. During his visit, he was told he had a few additional hairs on his neck, which were quickly treated. However, at checkout, he was charged $300--double the quoted price. When I reached out for clarification, I was told he had been treated for a full area, which was not accurate based on what was actually done. Despite explaining this, we were told we were lying and that they would stand behind their new employee. A week later, I received a phone call informing both of us that we were no longer welcome as clients and to "find somewhere else to go." After I shared my experience in a review, I was then contacted again and threatened with legal action if I did not remove it. This situation was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially after years of being a customer. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend this spa due to poor communication and lack of customer service. Things are good until they are not.

Evan, the provider there, is an experienced paramedic, and his skill and knowledge are exceptional. But even more importantly, he treated me like a human being--someone he was genuinely committed to helping find a pathway to health and healing. He tailored my IV perfectly to my condition, and we added oxygen therapy and time in the massage chair. I left with my migraine reduced by more than 50%, but the deeper gift was having a truly good day--a day where I felt kindness, support, and a reprieve from my symptoms. Not only did he understand my actual problem, but when issues came up with my prescription being filled at Walgreens in Parker, he went above and beyond with phone calls and 'arguments' with the pharmacists to straighten out my insurance mess so I could get a refund and not pay out of pocket. He even followed through with phone calls to me. What made him so invaluable to my personal case? I live in Alaska, was visiting family and friends, and had very little time to deal with the mess. I wanted to wait to write the review until I had long term results. I'm going to start with Rebecca who is just so very open, I talked to her like my doctor and I don't live like a saint... She was never judgmental. We did some Raiki and before she would move to something "more" she would always tell you what was coming and she made sure that I'd you got uncomfortable she would stop. She even had some things she wanted me to take and when I said no she didn't push or try to sell me anything. I did buy the relax wanderer tea though and that was probably the most useful sleeping aid I've ever used! Tastes a little interesting but not bad and very relaxing without any real mental or physical effects. Rebecca also has the lightest touch, she's human and it wasn't all perfect but I would say I didn't even feel 95% of the needles she used. Long term results I tried This because I couldn't even get up and go to work most mornings. I had become very negative and as previously mentioned I may have had some toxins built up in my body. I had a great life and I just couldn't appreciate it. I did something like 10 sessions over 3 weeks she did something different every time. Changing needle placements, she would even nootice when I came in amped up or strressed out or relaxed and adjust for that. She even explained the reasons when I asked, we did fire cupping which was amazing. The most memorable part though was she knew that I had a road rage issue and in my last appointment she put some things in some points in my ears and covered them with tape she said to leave them there for a couple days. One of those points was my "road rage" point. She told me to squeeze it now and again because I was dRiving to Texas the day after. I wore that one longer than I was supposed to but in 6 months I'm back in the gym regularly, I smile at work all day everyday. I wake up and choose to have a good day and I have had 2 minor incidents on the road but nothing like before. This was an amazing experience and I will do it for the rest of my life
