I explained multiple times that I wanted a full lash look and even showed several photos of how my lashes have looked in the past. The picture below was shown to Trinity at least two times before she started, to make it clear what I was expecting. I trusted her professional judgment to help achieve that look, but the end result was nothing like what I asked for--my lashes were sparse, spacey, and uneven. When I expressed my concerns, Trinity became dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of offering to fix the issue, she told me to book with another tech--for an additional cost. I made it clear that money wasn't the issue; I just wanted to leave with lashes that made me feel confident. Instead, I was left feeling embarrassed and upset--I even cried at the front desk from the experience. To make matters worse, I was charged full price for a service that was completely inadequate. I've attached a photo comparing the work done at Amaze to my previous lash tech, and the difference speaks for itself. I came to Amaze because it's close to home and offers a membership program, but after this experience, I seriously question the professionalism, attentiveness, and skill level of the staff. She also offers facials, red/blue/yellow light therapy, laser treatments, RF microneedling, and fat removal. Her own skin is absolutely gorgeous! Liz is calm, friendly, professional, and very soothing during painful treatments. She's skilled and competent, and I plan to see her again for future treatments. She did my lower eyelids and upper lip with the plasma pen, and provided medical-grade numbing cream before the procedure. I numbed myself at home. She didn't provide aftercare cream, but did provide a full set of aftercare instructions. This was not a problem, as Liz recommended Aquaphor. Protocols vary among practitioners. Liz takes more of a simple, effective, no-fuss approach. I also like the fact that Liz doesn't upsell or push other products and services. If you ask what can be done for a particular problem, like forehead creases, she will tell you what she can do for them. She is now in suite 401. I have pictures of my face, but chickened out and removed them. However, the plasma pen burns are neat and professional :) I may or may not add before and after pictures at a later date.

For one, the studio is such a cute office with a full window with a view of the mountains, so you will feel relaxed just sitting there in the chair with the view. The second is that Rachel is so knowledgeable and attentive when it comes to comfort, care, and execution. You can tell being an injector is a passion and not just a job just by the way she ensures the steps/approach taken with your skin is the best based on your individual needs. Talent and results aside, the office is quite sanitary with Rachel taking very thorough steps to ensure cleanliness as well (which is extremely important). I received the microneedling and PRF Injections and both services were wonderful with minimal pain but maximum results. If you're on the market to find a reasonably affordable yet wonderful place for your skin care needs-- stop at hourglass. Your skin will thank you!
