The heavy set black lady at the counter was rude and not helpful!! I asked for assistance and she was on a personal call. After inquiring about human hair for crocheting she answered ignorantly "Girl what you looking for. We ain't got no crocheting hair". I asked for the synthetic hair for crocheting and she responded rudely "we ain't got no crochet hair. You can crochet with any hair". I'm not a specialist in hair and needed assistance which she was not providing so I told her I would find another store to go to and she said "girl bye"! Super ghetto. The owner needs to let her go.
