The nastiest attitude I've ever experienced with a nail tech. I believe the short petite woman is the owner and she is also horrible. Nothing but mean girls at this salon. Being completely honest here. The worst pedicure I've ever received. Every single step of the process was uncomfortable. Not sure if their heater and water heater are working . There was a space heater on the floor. The water temp was cold , not even Luke warm . So the whole pedicure process was cold and unwelcoming. Nobody wants to dip their feet in and out repeatedly of cold water. How the nail lady did not feel that the water was cold was beyond me. The technique the girl used to remove the gel was unpleasant and felt terrible. The process had taken so long that the girl had forgotten we had discussed I wanted French tips. So by the time she had come around to doing a color she handed me the book and asked me what color I wanted. I eventually didn't even want any color and just a clear polish . It took so long and the color that I had on my nails is still there! I went in for a Mani and Pedi and didn't even stay for the mani. Went in for a quick relaxing Mani and Pedi and left feeling like I wasted my time and money and did not even get to feel relaxed or comfortable. $41 plus the tip I left . Lesson learned and found another local shop to support. Buyers beware. read more

I am currently sitting in a spa chair at this nail salon and the customer service is so poor that I INSTANTLY came to yelp to write a review! This nail salon shows favoritism to certain customers and it's very evident. I came in when there was no one here for nails...there was one other person in the back for another service. I came to get a gel mani and pedi. So she does my mani (and while shes doing it 3 people come in) you can tell she instantly got stressed and asked ME if I could come back tomorrow for my pedi...but was willing and ready to take the people that just walked in. I told her no I cant come back tomorrow. So water is ran for my pedicure and the water was scorching HOT - it literally burned my right foot. It is STILL stinging as I type. She ended up having to scoop water out and add cold water. Anyways, she sits another person in her seat and tells me the person in the back is going to do my pedicure. I wait 25 mins. When she comes from the back she calls another lady, who just came, back for lashes. So at this point I say what's going on? I thought she was supposed to do my pedi? She says don't worry...as soon as I finish this customer I'll do your pedicure instead. Though this person came after me. I wait patiently and then she finishes the lady. Of course, I'm thinking she is going to start my pedi but no, she puts the lady's daughter in the seat next. I get PISSED off at this point...let wtf? Now you about to do her daughter?? Then she proceeds to act like she's upset with ME and says "it's only going to take 5 mins" and rolls her eyes and askes the little girl what color she wants. At this point I've been sitting FOREVER...the water that was once scorching hot is now cold and what was supposed to be a relaxing good time and some "me" time...ended up being a horrible experience. I don't know why I expected better than my last experience? I brought my husband here to get a mani and pedicure for his birthday and they did the SAME EXACT THING...did his manicure...someone came in and then they told him he would have to wait and took the other walk-in instead! He got so mad...he told them off and it put a damper on his little birthday celebration. This is my last time getting my nails done here...it's not worth the headache. I feel disrespected at this point an on top of that they only do nails mediocre! Never again! read more

I wouldn't recommend this place if it were the only nail shop in the area. The sister of the nail shop owner nearly ripped my nail off trying to quickly remove my acrylics. First, this nail shop runs based on appointments, but also first come first serve basis. In other words, even if you schedule an appointment, which they require, someone can walk in 10 minutes before you and take your spot. This causes the owner and her sister to rush and sometimes mess up your nails. That is what happened to me. I scheduled an appointment to have my nails soaked off. When I arrived, with about 5 minutes to spare, the sister was the only person present and she had a client. She was unaware of my appointment, but quickly assisted me. First, she cut nails extremely low to the tip. Then, with an acrylic tip, she began trying to peel acrylic off. When that method did not work, she used a cuticle cutter to remove the remaining acrylic. It was so painful, I cried in horror and asked to have my nails properly soaked off. By then it was too late because she'd already removed the middle of my nail off with the acrylic. I am highly disappointed and disgusted with the service that I received. My nail is literally cut in half and will soon completely fall off. Not only will I not be able to get my nails done for 3 to 6 months (I have to wait for a new nail to grow), but my nail bed may be permanently damaged. read more

Unfortunately she only did 2 nails the correct shape (because I coached her how to do it) I had to go to my regular nail spot and get them fixed the next day. Although this nail shop is pretty basic (they don't offer the luxury spa services like most nail salons) but Julie does great pedicures!! She has been doing my feet for years.. I get in-grown toe nails a lot and she does an awesome job removing them without causing too much pain! I've went to other nail shops in the past and was very upset with the nail tech that tried to remove my in-grown and cut me!!! Julie is great, takes her time and does not cut you!!! I can say they don't have a good variety of pretty nail polishes but overall I am always satisfied with my feet!! I don't get my nails done often but I have in the past and I prefered Nina to do my full-sets!!! Good place for pedicures and in-grown toe nail removal!! read more

I wanted to make my nails done and the lady didn't let me have a chance to pick my certain color i wanted and she wanted to pick the color without asking me, after that she made me bleed my finger and she would grab my hand so harshly i had to tell her that shes hurting me and no good customer service because she would have an attitude, on the other hand they made two people wait for pedicure and their feet were in the water for more than 30 min that is not okay, and a family of mine did her nails after me the lady would pause and go help the other employee and go back do her nails and she would go back and fourth and took her more than an hour for acrylic and nail polish, and the other employee didn't know how to put nail polish on the customers nail, i do not recommend this place at all read more

RUDE A**S LADY First of all let me start off by saying before I walked in I called the lady up front to ask if she was available she said yes. I asked her if they did fake toe nail application because my toe nail was broken and I couldn't get my nails done in a while! So they were obviously not the best looking. Once I'm there she said what did I need I said pedicure and she said you never said what time you'd be coming .. when I say it felt like I got high out of know where because she made me feel so lost !
