I've been here several times now, and every experience has been genuinely great, which is honestly rare in the nail salon world. Heidi has done beautiful work for me, and most recently Mia absolutely "nailed it". Not only did she do an amazing job with incredible attention to detail, but she was also such a kind, warm soul. The kind of person who makes the whole experience feel relaxing instead of transactional. And a special shoutout to Chloe!!! Chloe is the lovely who handles the bookings/front desk, she is always so incredibly sweet and welcoming. She genuinely makes me feel at home every time I come in, greeting me with a big hug and such kindness. Those little touches matter, and she sets such a warm, positive tone from the moment you walk through the door. I showed them a reference photo of exactly what I wanted, and the final result looked nothing like it. When I politely brought this up, the situation only got worse. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner grabbed my arm and dragged me over to another customer to "explain" the nails in front of them, which was incredibly inappropriate and humiliating. I continued to calmly express that I didn't like how thick and poorly shaped the tips were, and the owner suddenly became hostile. She started yelling at me, refused to fix the issue, and ultimately kicked me out of the salon. As I was leaving, she followed me outside, continuing to yell and act disrespectfully. When I mentioned I would be leaving a negative review, she escalated even more. This was not only unprofessional, but completely unacceptable behavior. No customer should ever be treated this way. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you expect basic respect and decent service.

She barely scrubbed my feet, smudged both of my big toes and then set the smudges with the UV lamp instead of redoing them, did not massage AT ALL (just rubbed oil on my legs), and I can't remember her using any kind of scrub. They also do not line the basin of the foot soaking well with plastic and instead wear gloves. (Fine for them but not the customer!) This was a $60 pedicure and was not worth it at all. This was a $30 job but she charged me $20 for the gel that she smudged! I spent about 30 minutes in the chair and that was it. If you want a very quick and overly basic pedicure this may be okay but don't get gel.

I was ignored for quite a bit of time. When someone finally acknowledged me, they set me up with a lady who did my pedicure. I tried desperately to understand her, with no luck. She was talking about me to another lady. They kept looking at me and giggling. I have no idea what they were laughing about. The water was scalding hot. I couldn't put my feet into it. She cooled it down. She was very rough with my feet. She filed my nails down after clipping them, but the file was grating at my skin. It was very uncomfortable. I kept yanking my foot away and tried to explain, but she would grab my foot back and continue to file away! One of the men who was working there came over after my pedicure was done. He was appointed to do my manicure. I told him that my nails were really thin and to be careful with them. He didn't listen to me. He wanted to smooth out the ridges in my nails. I told him not to worry about the ridges and to just polish them. He insisted and he took out the Dremel to file down the ridges. My nails were so thin that I could feel the coolness of the polish when he put it on. My nails felt weird for a long time after that. The polish was sloppy. The sides of the nails were missing polish. He touched one of the nails so it had an uneven finish. I asked him to repair it, but he didn't respond. He just looked at me. I'm not sure if it was a communication problem with the man as it was with the lady or if he really didn't care. I felt unwelcome and out of place from the first moment I stepped into the salon. I should have left right away, but I wanted to give them a chance. I would not recommend this place. I will not be back.
