What I loved most about Nancy's work the first time was that I literally cried my eyes out at my sister's wedding, and I remember thinking my make up was absolutely ruined, and when I looked in the mirror I had never looked better. The make up stayed Until the next day. The second thing that I loved most about Nancy's work is that she has experience working with little to no eyebrow hair and drawing on eyebrows. This was perfect for me since I do not have eyebrow hair she listened to my critique and made me feel comfortable with somebody else doing something that is very particular to me. Nancy is experienced in all shades and skin textures. She provides you prep work before the day of make up. Nancy makes you a glowing model every single time. We had all flown to Punta Mita for a destination wedding, land of burning sun and dripping make-up. Astoundingly, we all looked amazing even at the end of the night. I don't know how she did it. She's a magician, first taking into account the look you want and if there's a single detail you don't love, she so happily will change it. I love that. Eyeliner too thick? No problem. Eyebrows too dark? Easily fixed. I can honestly say I have never loved my make-up so much as I did that day. One month later, we all gathered for a second wedding - same bride, different country. For this, the bride and I decided to spray tan, having lost our beachy glow from the month prior. Kellye to the rescue once again! Our tans were AMAZING. I can't even believe how natural they looked. Too, she offered to touch-up before the wedding if at all we needed it. Though neither one of us did; her work was perfection. Finally, on the day of the second wedding, Kellye arrived to apply make-up on each of the bridesmaids, as well as the bride. Plus others!! She works so beautifully under pressure, truly. Again, I didn't hear back so I re emailed on 8/31. Then it was a week out from my shower, so I emailed again on 9/8, and got a response back saying "Hello! I apologize, I sent a response a week ago but it doesn't look like it went through. They are not available that day :/" Beyond unprofessional. I understand I am not a bride, but STILL it would be nice to tell me before hand that they didn't have availability for me. Thank goodness I was able to secure another amazing make up artist elsewhere before my event, but had to attend my shower without my hair being done. It was beyond frustrating dealing with this company. I would not recommend working with them.
