I came on a Sunday at 4:45 (they close at 6) because they were close to my house and my usual place closed at 5 and I was in desperate need of a pedicure with callus removal. There was no wait for a pedicure and I was given the choice of services - I chose the #2 deluxe because I wanted a callus removal. I was given a book to look at colors...I thought the choices were slightly limited with only 5 or so sparkle colors and chose a shade that was in the nude family. I felt that the service was a bit rushed, my service took at most 30 minutes and the callus removal was weak. I'm now thankful that I chose a nude color as it has been 5 days and there are chips on 3 toenails! Overall if you are in a pinch they might work but I am unlikely to return. read more

Oh this place is bad, a few months ago my friend came here and I went with her because we were going to dinner with friends after. The guy who did her nails was so nasty to her. He kept snapping at her and she wanted almond tips, she told him four times and each time he just said "no" and gave her square tips. She asked him why he wouldn't do almond tips for her and he just said "that's not a real shape". She paid and we left, but her cuticles were red and irritated for a few days after. They had an opening but I declined because I didn't have any cash for a tip on me, and now I'm glad I didn't get a manicure because no one in the salon seemed to leave happy. read more

Went in here for a standard manicure and pedicure as a last minute treat for myself, but I left not satisfied and with minor issues. For manicures (if you're also getting a pedicure) they'll simply trim and clean while you're in the pedicure chair. In principle this sounds like it's saving you time, but it's not very comfortable, especially since they don't go to the other side when doing your other hand so you're forced to awkwardly reach across your whole body the whole time as you're trying to relax. Also, I noticed after my last visit that my fingernails weren't actually evened out while they were being trimmed, and I was left with uneven nails that I had to go home and trim myself since all they did was the initial clip without actually rounding any sharp edges on four of the 10 fingernails. Overall, I feel like since I wasn't getting anything other than a basic service that they were spending less time on me than I appreciated and felt as though it was rushed. I also did not appreciate having to come home and trim them myself because they were left looking unclean and uneven. For the pedicure, it was decent as they did a better job on this however, my biggest issue had to do with them working on an ingrown nail that I had on one of my toes. After I brought up that I would like to have them see if they could clean any of them out since I suffer from chronic ingrown nails They spent about 5 to 10 minutes, trying to dig out a nail from the right side of one of my toes and ultimately left me with a super inflamed toe that almost a week later I still can't walk on without pain since I believe I got an infection from how much digging they were trying to do in there. I wish that they would have just stopped and told me to go get it treated instead of the amount of pain that I was in as well as walking after caused as I've had to resort to using spray as well as ice to keep my swelling down. I've been here before when it was known as 10 perfect nails, and recommended the place since I almost always had a good visit, but when they changed names, I noticed that the quality has somewhat dipped as well and cannot recommend it. If you're a dude going in for a basic service, I worry you will feel rushed as I was, and you may possibly leave with a toe inflammation if they are trying to work out an ingrown. read more

I typically do not like to write negative reviews, but unfortunately, my experiences at Infinity Nails warrant a less than stellar review. I began going to Infinity because it's conveniently located near work so I can hop in and out within 30 to 40 minutes on my lunch break, but even with this convenience, I will not be returning. Each time I've been in, they have been able to see me at a moment's notice with a maximum of a 5-minute wait when not having an appointment scheduled, but my service always seemed a bit rushed, even when there wasn't anyone else waiting to be serviced. On a few occasions, I've had my cuticles cut too close which caused a small cut - I understand that accidents happen, but when it happens a few times, I would think that the technician would slow down and take a bit more precaution. I've also had to continuously ask for my nails to be trimmed shorter as they break easily when they are too long, and I never quite got what I was looking for lengthwise. On one occasion, I had a gel manicure (which should typically last at least 10 to 14 days) on a Friday afternoon and by Monday it began to chip. I went back on Tuesday to have the chipped nails fixed and was made to pay for the full manicure again.. What?! The final straw was when they began using a new solution on my nails in order to remove the previous gel polish that essentially dissolves the polish - This has caused my nails to become extremely thin and weak. I brought this to their attention and asked for another way to remove the polish and use a strengthener to help heal my nails, but they continued to do the service as usual with no regard to my particular requests. After visiting another salon to have their final round of gel removed, they saw the damage done to my nails and recommended a treatment and suggested a break from the gel manicures for a bit in order to preserve my nail health. This would have been a great suggestion by Infinity and they may have kept my business this way, but instead, I felt as if they simply wanted me to keep coming back and paying for a service that was no longer needed and one that was destroying my nails. Thankfully, I've found another nail salon that is helping me restore my nail health in a responsible manner. read more

Walked in and was helped within 5 minutes. I was fortunate enough to have a lady who was very experienced and also very friendly. I wasn't going to say anything when my nail was filed crooked, I showed her to fix it and she didn't or when I showed her fresh blood and she claimed that cut was there before I arrived. I made an appointment to come in and get my nails done before taking a trip with my boyfriend and they acted like it was such a huge inconvenience when I got there. I was barely in the door 10 minutes early for my appointment and a guy came out and yelled that they weren't taking walk-ins. I said that I had a manicure appointment and he didn't believe me. I gave him the name of the woman on the phone I talked to and 20 minutes later, he relented and sat me in a chair. He then proceeded to give me acrylics. I've gotten acrylic nails done many many times in my life so I'm not unfamiliar with the pain that sometimes comes with them. But this was pure torture. The glue was so strong it made my eyes water and he scratched the skin around my nails with the file so much that everything that touched my skin stung. Not to mention his use with the drill to kind of grind down the acrylic. I told him several times that it was hurting more than usual and he just didn't answer me. He gave me square tips which I told him I didn't want, he told me they looked better with my fingers and I told him that I know what I wanted my nails to look like. He just ignored me, gave me squares. I don't know what blend their acrylic blend is but it's cloudy and thick. Like kind of uncomfortably thick, it's like have legos on my nails, it makes me think that whatever the blend is might not be good for you. Shockingly, this set cost me almost $100. I have paid almost that for sets but they were so much better than what this guy gave me. I wanted to fight it but honestly I just wanted to leave. I paid him, he took my cash and just turned and walked to the back. These nails hurt for four days afterwards and I removed them myself from home. I couldn't take the constant pain from them anymore, the second they were off my nails I felt so much better. I'd never go here again. Edit: From the hostile reply of who I assume is the owner, I'm definitely not going back for any refund. Also I did not go in the day before I posted this review, I was in there a month ago and a friend recommended you. These nails are my own, they're not acrylics. They don't accept discover and other cards so Bring Cash or your Visa. They have an atm but of course you'll be charged a fee if you use it. This is my third time coming to this salon, the first time was on a Tuesday evening.. I had gel on and they mentioned they had dip so I tried it and I picked the color green. The nails turned out fabulous and lasted me a couple weeks. The second time (3weeks ago) I decided to do a manicure and pedicure on a Saturday morning. That wound up costing a little under $100 I picked the base option for the pedicure, for the nails I did do a gem on each finger. The massage chairs are not new but definitely not worn worn. The third time I chose the color red and I added a snowflake to two of my nails. That wound up being about $55. The pedicure from the second trip is still looking good! From what I've seen... the new owner is very laid back and she treats her employees like family. If they're slow, they all sit down and chat (in their native language) until a client walks in. The place is clean and you will be helped by someone immediately, if there isn't a line of course. read more

Worst place ever; they just want your money. They have no clue what they're doing at all. I didn't even care to get their names. First off I got the deluxe pedicure, the lady rushed through my entire thing because other people came in. You can read that it says 10 min massage...she whipped through the massage in 4 mins tops(I actually times her). I also didn't get the callus remover treatment. Second, she couldn't do a simple spiderweb. She tried so many times and even with a picture that outlined how to do it. Third(and finally) the gel polish chipped off so fast. She was taking her time doing a great job, but the owner named Karol butted the new girl out of the way, was shaking her head and giving my toes a distasteful look. Found this place on Yelp based on pictures decided to give them a try. My regular nail salon has been busy and I really needed to fix 2 broken nails. I took them all off and went in for a full set. The place is nice and inviting. When I called to make appointment, one question that made me second guess was "is their anyone in particular you want?" I should of requested the most asked for, but slipped by and said who ever that I was new going to that salón. We're nice overall over the phone. Full set with medium length cost $50 then $53.00 for medium length. Pay with a card add $1.00 more. So if y'all pay with a debit or credit card it's a $1 more for fees or what less. I always get the similar style and I knew how it would look. I questions my head thoughts when Nail tech was putting on clear nail vs used to other styles. Nail technician said it was special kind...I said ok...... As you see in photo some of my nails curled up it's not noticeable but noticeable to me. I guess every tech have their own style. He is only happy with your nails if you are happy and this says a lot!
