I've since relocated and was unable to travel back during the pandemic to have them done. Ani did my brows in November 2020. They were a beautiful brown immediately after my first session and darkened as I expected. They kept getting darker. I looked angry. I followed Ani's instructions to lighten them by doing the opposite of good aftercare and they began to lighten. They were no longer brown but were grayish-black instead. Ani offered to warm them up with a different tint that wouldn't darken them. The tint seemed to work but quickly faded to the same dark gray brows with a base that looks like color bled. It doesn't help that my hair is brown and my brows stand out as a poorly drawn in mismatch. My brows are a disaster and Ani stopped responding in July. I'm still diligently trying to fade them but these badboys won't budge. I started not to leave this review because Ani is super nice and super chill. Unfortunately, my brows are super botched and it seems fair to give others a warning. I recently purchased two 18" luxury raw straight bundles…read moreand one raw straight 18" closure. For $360. This is not my first experience purchasing raw hair. I have bought from Her Imports and Yummy in the past. Raw hair is expensive and I pay the extra money for raw hair because of the longevity of wear and the consistent root to tip density in the bundles. I was attracted to Como because of the presentation and price. It was also recommend by a previous customer who also purchased the straight hair which does not look like the bundles I received. The hair quality was okay but the density of the weft did not continue to the ends of the hair and considering these were not super long ( 20+ inch) bundles I was highly dissatisfied once my stylist did the install. The same was true for the frontal. Because the hair ends were so thin my stylist had to cut the hair and I ended up having a 14-16 inch style. Lastly the hair is not straight as pictured and described on the site it was definitely wavy and curls like a deep wave pattern when exposed to water and humidity. Had I known this was the quality of the straight hair I would have purchased the wavy hair. I tried to give the owner an opportunity to make up for what may have been short -sightedness in order fulfillment and not an intentional misrepresentation of product. She said she would check but I never heard back. Buy at your own risk!
