The salt room was super relaxing and the ambiance is super cool and unique. Detox patches for your feet, special H2O, and heated eye masks help you relax even more! Actually, we had a thai massage that morning which was wonderful, but the chairs are definitely better. It is heated and massages everything from your head, fingers, tushie, and toes! Beware of the Bait and Switch…read more BUYER BEWARE - this is a bonafide, back in the day, BAIT and SWITCH!!!! I never saw anything like the pictures displayed in the Groupon advertisement. No salt on the floor, no soothing deemed lights, nothing attached to the bucket of water for my feet - NOTHING!!!!! You sit in a small cold room, similar to a basic waiting room. You're asked to remove your shoes and socks. A lady comes in and pours water into a bucket and tells you to let her know if the water is warm enough. The water becomes cold really quickly. There's nothing in the water except a sprinkle of maybe tea (???), not sure.  However there is no aromatherapy of any kind.  She then flips a switch and says something should be coming out of the wall, I'm thinking this is the salt, but nothing ever comes out - just an annoying humming sound. So I'm just sitting there in this ice cold room, with my feet in this now ice cold water, just waiting for my Groupon purchase to happened.  At least 40 minutes pass by and she opens the door - doesn't say a word to me - at this point she's giving a couple a tour of the facility.  I'm now waiting for my second portion of my purchase, which was a 30 minute Salt Box Session for One (the first portion of my purchase was a 30 minute Aromatherapy Foot Bath for one). Back to my horrific adventure. About 10 more minutes pass and she walks in and says, "hey, are you staying with us all day?".  I explain that I didn't know what to expect with this particular portion of the purchase, but I'm not at all fond of my feet sitting in cold water.  So I'll make a mental note to not purchase this again. I also notified her that she opened the door, never said a word to me in regards to next steps.  I then ask, nevertheless, are we now going into another room for the Salt Box session? She says this experience was both the foot bath and the Salt Box session combined in one 30 minute session. I say "You must be kidding me.... the Groupon purchase stated "One 30 Minute Aromatherapy Foot Soak and One 30 Minute Salt Box Session for one person". The bottom line, I sat in this cold room, with my feet in this cold water, for 40 minutes, never saw even a speck of salt?  Are you kidding me right now????"... I ask her about the picture in the ad, explaining that's what "I" paid for, she responds, "oh no - that's another room and another cost".  At this point, I just put on my shoes and socks and prepare to leave (remember she never told me next steps).  To add "salt" to my wound, (pun intended) after I put my socks and shoes on and was heading out the door, she attempt's to hand me a 20% off coupon to use towards my next visit.  LADY!!!! So what the Healing Waters entails are six water therapies that relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore the body, mind + soul through a series of thoughtfully curated water therapies. and you can add a session in the crystal salt room and enhance your immune system, purge toxins, and soothe and repair skin concerns. Right now the healing waters for 90 mins is going for $50 and if you want to get the robe an slippers it is an additional $10. You can also bring your own robe and pool slides if you like. My favorites out the session were the relaxing hot tub, cold plunge and the steam room. The steam room really pulls out the toxins in your body. They have really nice locker room area is really nice they have secure lockers for your belongings, a sauna and nice showers. Their wellness lounge offers clients time to relax before or after spa services or mindful movement classes. A wonderful place to share a cup of our signature tea with friends. Within the spa, a serene quiet lounge is available for use for those who prefer to relax in solitude. And if the spa is not your thing, they do offer mindful movement classes that are centered around self-care and are offered in a supportive group environment. Traditional yoga, barre, cardio and mediation sessions are available 7 days a week. I am really big on self care and centering my mind and body and The Pearl Spa gets it right. Very relaxing atmosphere in the quiet lounge. Enjoyed my massage, Luke was great and very professional (he asked about avoidance areas, focus areas etc the usual). I asked for some reflexology which he accommodated. Foot massage was great. Body felt so relaxed the rest of the day. I've been to several different luxury spas and this is deff my new fave local spot. LOVED the massage room ambience- spacious, nice aesthetic that's almost salt cave like yet still modern, and loved that they have a robe warmer you can use if you wish! It's 80% tile. I've been to salt caves that are 100% salt to the ceiling and you feel the full effect. Unfortunately they're a full hour away.

One of the massages (only $100) actually takes place in the bathhouse, but I wasn't able to book it because they were fully booked until 7:00 p.m. The saunas were nice, but my top three highlights were: The food! I ordered kimbap and kimchi pancakes, and both were excellent. The kimbap came with a side of miso soup that was sooo delicious! The relaxation area. Staff walk around offering hot blankets to wrap up in. I was so relaxed that I almost missed my foot massage! The foot massage. It was everything and more, and the massage therapist was hilarious! A couple of things I didn't love: they initially assigned me a very high locker (thankfully my tall cousin switched with me ), and we weren't given an overview of the layout when we arrived. This must be the worst facial I have had in my (pretty long) life. While the products seem of good…read morequality (the brands they sell are good ones and I assume they are the ones they use), the esthetician I got seemed to be a trainee who just did not know how to do a proper facial. In particular when massaging around the eyes, she would touch the eyelid and get cream onto the eyelids and thus eventually into the eye. She was also wearing a stained uniform and frankly did not seem to want to be there. I am well aware that a single, insufficiently trained employee does not mean there aren't really good ones working there, but there should be a minimum level of competence ensured by the franchise especially for a $180 50 mn service. I certainly will never return to any silver mirror.
