Rani does an amazing job. Truly talented. My only complaint is that she doesn't take appointments. It's all by first come first serve basis. I have spent 45 minutes there sitting.... waiting for my turn with only 2 or 3 people in front on me. If she took appointments at 15 minute intervals she would be a full 5 stars and would probably be booked solid. I started getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded here about 3 months ago. Rain is really great! She gets every little bit of hair. When she gives you the mirror in the end and you notice some just tell her and she'll go over that part again. What absolutely sucks is the wait. Yes it's very popular but the wait shouldn't be that long. Rain could be more mindful of the people waiting outside and not let customers who like to chitchat linger. Rani is a true professional when it comes to eyebrow threading. She takes her time and ensures it's a pain free process. There are some reviews about having to wait for an hour, but now Rani allows anyone who wants to do full face threading to make an appointment with her between 9-10am. This has helped speed up the wait tremendously and I haven't had to wait for more than 10 minutes the last few times I've been. I got my brows threaded by Rani and it was the best work that's ever been done to my face. I've been to a different threading salon that I would always have to keep on asking them to continue to clean my brows up because they would leave stray hairs as if they needed new glasses. But Rani did an excellent, detailed job. I will be honest, originally I thought they were just a little bit too thin but that's probably because I've never had my brows done so detailed before.
