I was surprised that she remembered us from months ago when we first came in. My girls had a lot of questions and Rhani answered their questions about threading while quickly shaping their eyebrows. Girls threading were really nice. The girl furthest from the main entrance did my eyebrows. I was in a hurry so I didn't really analyze my eyebrows. I thought the shape was good so I was good. Got home and realized one was very noticeably thinner than the other. I had asked for a clean as I wanted to keep them thick. Horrible horrible experience! The Rani I first met was sweet and humble. As she started getting more business she became cockier and has the worst attitude ever. I have been coming to her for years now and today she yelled at me in front of everyone trying to embarrass me in front of her staff/clients. Rani (the woman working there) was very nice and I love that their prices were posted in the waiting area. There was plenty of seating also, a few people came after me. She was fast and precise. I only got my eyebrows done a total of 3 times in my whole life. I went to Rani's in hopes to get her to do my eyebrows. My eyebrows are naturally thin and I finally got them to a point where they were pretty thick width wise. Unfortunately I didn't get to sit in Rani's seat so my eyebrows are pencil thin and and first they looked fine but upon looking at them closely they're uneven my right eyebrow is thicker than my left and there is no arch that I worked so hard on growing out and also my left eyebrow is pushed in further than my right. I'm genuinely upset. The customer service was great but unfortunately my eyebrows aren't. Be sure to specify that you want to keep them thick. I wish I said that read more
