On the plus side, it's in the shopping center where Albertsons, Panda Express and Sonic are located so there's plenty of parking. When I entered the store I wasn't greeted, instead I was commanded to use one of their moist towelettes on a table in the entryway to wash my hands. It's big inside but still manages to be cramped. I was only looking for one specific item which I was able to locate with no assistance at all offered from either of the 2 employees who were working. I don't wear weave, wigs or any other type of fictitious hair but for ladies who do there seemed to be a big selection.They carry a lot of beauty care lines but I don't like the cramped store design, the lackluster customer experience and the gazillion security cameras watching customers like dangerous criminals instead of shoppers.

Blatantly getting ignored - I approached the counter, and was looking at hair BEHIND the counter- hair I can't access myself because employees would have to get it down. I stood and waited 30-40 seconds. Nothing. Walked closer to the center, closer to her. Nothing. She never stopped what she was doing at the counter to assist. I stood IN FRONT OF HER. And I STILL had to address her first. So I did and asked "WHY is it that yall don't speak when we come in?" And she said "You need some help?" I just stared at her... it was my turn to ignore.
