I wrapped everything back up in the original packaging and went to return them, well within the 7-day return window that is printed on the receipt. When I got there, the employee refused the return simply because I had taken the hair out of the bundle to look at it. That "policy" is nowhere on the receipt, yet she wouldn't even bother looking at it when I tried to show her. What happened next was beyond unprofessional. She aggressively grabbed my bag, pulling at me and my belongings in an attempt to shove the hair back inside. She even came out from behind the counter to continue acting aggressive and confrontational. I repeatedly told her to stop touching me and my things, and she completely ignored me. The behavior from these women was disgusting, totally lacking in basic customer service, and honestly bizarre. No customer should be treated the way I was. Shes lucky it's only a bad review because between not returning my money based on the "policy" that is not there, and her aggressive nature such as grabbing at me, I should've called the cops. I will never shop here again, and I highly recommend others think twice before giving this place their business. Absolutely insane.

It is extremely OVERWHELMING because they have SO MANY different products. If you don't know what you're looking for, you will be there forever. I walked around that store today for over an hour & I couldn't find what I was looking for. I still found a lot of things that I didn't need but am excited to try though. :) The customer service is just ok. They aren't the friendliest. I was in and out though, so I won't complain.
