Ashley Rose is like a hair magician!! I came in with half-assed ombre hair color and she made me into a sassy, balayage queen! I freakin love my hair so much. I got so many compliments at work and my hubby of course. She takes her time to make sure you leave feeling amazing. Her attention to detail is on point. My hair is super even and the color turned out beautifully. She helped me pick out the colors because I had chosen a picture with a light skinned model and clearly my skin color is opposite of that so we had to choose a tint that would work for me. Jackie (Jacqueline Scott,) is fabulous, she understands style and texture, always does a great job on my hair. This appointment was to shape up my dried ends and give me something fresh to work with. I had a feeling something wasn't right before I even left. After I paid and went to use the restroom, I noticed a lot of loose cut hair left behind -- both in my hair and in the sink. I was still pulling strands out myself, which shouldn't be happening after a service. There was no acknowledgment at the end of the service. When I went to give her a tip, she turned away to move on to the next client before I could even hand it to her, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I ended up going to another salon to fix the issue, and while they improved it, I had to spend more time and money correcting something that shouldn't have happened. I do wish I could be refunded.

The first time it was a pleasant experience, the second time I found it strange the staff pointed a finger at me before laughing about something, and the third time it was okay at best. This most recent visit, the lady servicing my mom had a little attitude and the gentleman servicing me did not check with me if I liked my french tips or not (when they all checked and asked last time) before curing them. As you can see, he was most definitely playing in my toes. I did not want anymore trouble today, so I did not really bother to ask for it to be corrected. Although, I did ask my technician if it was too late for him to correct it, to which he said "It's already dry". I was already overstimulated with the place being packed like sardines on a Thursday morning and just wanted to leave. I am especially disappointed since they have done better in the past. I really do not know what the issue could be since I have always been polite, said please and thank you, tipped more than 15% every time (except for this last time), etc. I hope they can do better.
