I was asking about micro blading and what times they had available and there was a struggle to figure out availability as well as slow replies. I ended up booking with someone else, I told them so and they started offering discounts for me to book with them rather aggressively, they wouldn't stop texting me. I believe I blocked them for a while. Also their site is horrible to navigate through or find any information - it barely works on mobile.
