In the procedures themself, she is the most methodical and careful I have seen of any injector, with thorough attention to your safety and results. I had my Botox treatment and after 2 weeks I didn't notice any difference. When my follow up appointment I explained her how I felt and that I'm really disappointed. So she said it's because of my skin is thick and she asked me if I wanted to inject more. I've done Botox in the past and had great results. My frowns lines has never changed and forehead lines still there. Finally she injected for my frown line for free and if I want for other areas I should pay. I paid a lot of money and without results why should I pay more. She didn't give me any solution. Ask me to visit in 3 months. I regret that I spent my hard earned money for nothing. 54 units and nothing changed. I will never go there and never recommend this place to anyone! read more

I went to Cannery Row Medical aesthetics for my first ever IPL facial. I had done regular facials before, but was never really impressed with the outcome. So I wanted to try something different. I had Susan F. as my nurse, and she was AMAZING!! She made me feel very comfortable, and was extremely professional. The facial itself is slightly uncomfortable since they use a laser to burn off your dark spots. And with each step, Susan was very vocal and let me know what she was doing and that it would sting. I wish I could remember the nurse's name because she is awesome! I got ppx acne/discoloration laser treatments. They were $150 each and I got 4. Very few places in the area have this type of laser (and I specifically wanted THIS treatment), and none offer specials on them so I paid full price (!!). I was not dissatisfied at all. First, the laser actually works. It is not extremely painful, but even if it was - it works!!!! It reduced my acne and made a significant improvement in the dark marks left behind from a history of picking at my skin (im halle berry complexion). I didn't change a single thing about my Skincare routine and the results were awesome. I did experience some mild burning in some spots (after 2nd and subsequent treatments, because I'd forget to mention them when the nurse asked if I had any affects from the prior session before she increased the strength of the laser. read more

If you want fillers you must go to Stacy. She has fixed bad work from other practitioners for me. There is more to "filling faces" than injecting the material. Stacy has a good eye for how your face looks best and symmetrical application of fillers.She constantly gives good results with minimal bruising. You can walk out of the salon and go about your daily business with no worries. Don't waste time and money anywhere else. Parking is limited but they will give you quarters for street parking if you ask. Full service salon for those who want to look good.
