Management was nowhere to be found and left message an hour ago with no returned call. The experience cost me not only 2 $5 charges on my credit card and filth I couldn't get off my car. This required me to drive to another semi automatic car wash and spend $14 additional dollars to completely restart and finish the cleaning. Now, to the good part management called me and refunded all of the money I spent. This shows that the owners care about their customers and makes me recommend the use of this car wash due to the extreme professionalism.

I spoke to the front office and they gave me an alternative windshield sticker to use, however, their system STILL does not scan it. I ended up having to purchase a one time wash because I was holding up the line trying to get my plate to scan and they refused to refund me the money. While I'm sure others have a great service and no issues, every time I came here, it was always something to deal with.

I ordered some bulbs back in March that had the canvas decoder built into them which is supposed to keep them from flickering. My friend Taz came over to install the bulbs I got off Amazon and everything seemed fine until I did a test ride at night and the bulbs started flickering. I contacted the company that manufactured the bulbs and they told me to buy extra decoders and once I receive them they will give me a refund which they did. Taz came back for round two to try to put the extra decoders in and the lights were still flickering and he had to put the old halogen bulbs in my car. I then asked him to see if he can talk with his supplier to find LED bulbs that work for 2012 Chrysler 200 touring and he did. Yesterday (Sunday) he came back for round to install the bulbs that he got which came with extra decoder specifically for my vehicle and the LED headlights finally work with my car. Taz is an awesome friend and very hard worker that I highly recommend as long as you let him but the parts for you be because he knows what he is doing!!!! Woohoo I'm glad to have brighter headlights a week before we leave for Surfside Beach South Carolina for vacation on Saturday 8/15!!!!

Both the Touchless and the other pay wash work really well and get your car pretty clean. They are also reasonably priced still which is nice!

How do you contact this business? I payed for my car wash…read more$12 , and the gentleman in front of me was entering and was struggling with when to stop, back up and pull forward. He must have reset the car wash sensors and used my wash that I payed for. I've tried contacting this business, but the phone line is disconnected and nobody has answered prior to my calls before.

Although they do a pretty good job on your car, the wash itself is not by hand. So there are spots…read morethat get missed. They do vacuum and wipe down the inside. If you are local they have discounts for a monthly service. If you are just driving through it is a little expensive for your wash, but they do offer different packages for you to choose from. They offer cold water or hot coffee while you wait on your car.
