My car has literally never been cleaner. Stopped by on a Sunday morning in a very dirty, pollen and leaf encrusted car. It really needed a full detail but there wasn't any availability until a few days later. The service the Fusion team then proceeded to provide for a very reasonable amount was like a detail. Got an automated wash and the guy doing the initial spray took his time to make sure everything was covered, and it really seemed to make a difference with the final product. I've never seen my car so clean from an automatic wash. Then I paid for the interior vacuum and the Fusion team continued to exceed expectations. They looked like a pit crew with several team members jumping in to vacuum, wipe down every interior detail, dry the exterior and basically show my car a lot more love than I ever have in 11 years of ownership. I thought I put on a pretty good tip when I purchased the wash and vacuum, but I was so pleased the final product that I left more in the tip box. Everyone was super friendly and professional, and they didn't make me feel embarrassed that I brought in such a dirty car. I only wish I lived closer so that I could come here more often! read more

I've been a member ever since the place opened. Great to stop by and get the crud off the outside of your car. More so as soon it will be road salt season. The cleanings are worth the monthly fee. More so as you can pop on by every day if you like. My plan also includes the interior cleaning. Whilst not on a level with a professional detail, it cleans almost everything out of the footwells that accumulate, as I drive for a living. read more

It's hard to find a good Carwash place in Frederick that cleans outside and inside your car. I originally had Autospa however I would need to drive to Germantown to get the full service inside and outside. So I decided to try Fusion for a month just a few days ago. I did notice that there was still some spots that were still dirty on the outside of my car but that could be from not getting it cleaned for sometime. The inside of the car was ok since under the front seats looked as there was still debris that wasn't vacuumed very well. For this I will give them 4 out of 5. I'm not sure but I don't think they have vacuums in case they miss spots. ‍ read more

I was at the fusion car wash- it is worth it! They opened the tailgate of my Toyota and actually wiped down the hydraulics that lifts it. They wiped down everything in the front. They did a great job vacuuming- the poor guy was scrubbing with the vacuum like crazy to get the dog hair. I thought they did a great job! They are getting the inside rims of the doors when they are open. The staff have been very polite and kind. They answered any questions I had and there was a place to sit where I could watch them work on the inside of the car. I was very happy with the service. read more

I can't praise Robert and his staff highly enough. I took my car in for exterior wash and interior detail. They did an excellent job, for a good price. Then my car broke down right in the detailing area! Wouldn't start and ran the battery flat. The staff - especially Robert - really helped me out: they did what they could to help to help fix the car, even gave me a jump start, and were so kind about the whole charade. Machine wash doesn't really do a thorough clean and when they do a hand wipe down; quite a few spots still left on the exterior that I had to point out. They always state it won't come out but when I do a wipe down myself, it comes off - repeatedly having to demonstrate this to the attendant is annoying. Also this time, the interior was also surface level cleaned.. specifically, some dirt residue remained on windshield and front speakers which I only noticed once home, thus 2 stars. Went to fusion car wash, and from the customer waiting area it looked like a thorough job was being done, but when we left I noticed the side that we couldn't see was untouched in a lot of areas and shortcuts were taken all around. The first 5 times I took my car there, they did a phenomenal job, now it has been 4 times that they have been leaving it dirty on the inside. Doors and seats are left with the same dirt on them. I have the monthly membership and I go 1-2x a week depending on the weather. I don't like the waxes so I have the membership that washes the undercarriage of the car, so slightly above a basic wash. My small SUV is otherwise garaged and not driven everyday. I've used my membership roughly 6 times now and I just don't think Fusion does a good job of washing my car. My undercarriage doesn't get rinsed and there is still visible dirt in my wheel wells, my mirrors and my wheels always still have dirt and soap on them. I will say typically the employees are friendly and helpful. It's just not the best wash I've ever subscribed to. read more

So if you need to get your car washed, I HIGHLY recommend Fusion. I have a Tesla 3 which I've taken to other touchless car washes during the winter months. Although I have no problems getting it into Neutral, something about Neutral and other car wash's track that moves the car through the tunnel don't agree with each other. I was very excited when Tesla's "car wash mode" came out. Unfortunately, my experience using it at the other place in town was even more traumatic than before. Today, I sat outside the other place but couldn't make myself go in so I drove over to check out Fusion. I was sitting outside looking at reviews, when the owner came out to check on me in the parking lot, explained it all to me and offered to help me (without the condescension I got at from other place). They actually drove my Tesla into the car wash for me while I sat in the passenger seat to ease my stress. He even had me put it into "car wash mode" which I was a little scared to use again. It worked beautifully! The pricing is as good as, if not better than, the other place and they are a family owned and take much more care. It did take a smidge longer but they wipe it down for free and cleaned the interior for $15 extra. I could not be more happy! read more

Car wash turned off while I was in the hand spray area. When the wash was turned back on my car (which was extremely dirty) never got sprayed. There was no manager on duty. Someone who identified himself as Cory and a supervisor informed me that my car was clean and it didn't need to be sprayed! The rims on my car were still dirty!! I asked why every car entering the wash was getting sprayed (the other cars were very clean) he had no response. Cory told me that I could pay to go through again!! I got their top wash (25 dollars) and tipped 5 dollars on top of that!! So buyer beware, you might or might not get what you pay for. If you don't get what you pay for they refuse to do anything to make it right!!! read more

First time using this car wash and it was a great experience! The owner Robert actually came out to greet me at the display and tell me all about the pricing. He was super friendly and involved. If he keeps this customer service up, this business will do very well! Being new to to this wash, I was in awww about all the different car wash options (was a bit much at first) as I'm used to just washing my car myself or a quick gas station car wash. I'm sure I'll figure it out after doing some research and let it soak in. They have subscription pricing which is cool for those who wash their cars frequently. Me personally, I'm on the fence on subscription but it doesn't seem like a bad idea if I wash my car weekly!
