The best cabin rental we've ever had!! Everything was put in thought from the cabin owners! Top notch!! Cannot wait to come back in October for my husband's birthday!

Really had a great time relaxing here. Room was great, views wonderful, just what we needed for a mid-trip stop amid a busy schedule. Getting an email the day before with info was nice. Also got a text on our arrival day saying our room was clean and ready early, so we heading in! Nice touch. It is a bit of a drive into town, but we knew that coming here. But room had snacks, water, and even a awesome muffin and juice/coffee for the morning. Loved sitting on the patio enjoying the quiet view. Sat observing birds, hummingbirds, squirrels, etc. Oh, and about a dozen deer came through both afternoons!

We loved our stay so much! I wish I had taken more pictures, but their website is very accurate in their depictions. The bed was comfortable, the fireplace and recliners were cozy and the jacuzzi tub with a view was phenomenal! We enjoyed using the fully equipped kitchen to heat the food we brought so we didn't have to get out and could just relax. Our every need was taken care of with their thoughtfulness and preparations. We enjoyed that the amenities were all very nice and in great condition.

This was our first stay at the beaver lakefront cabins and we chose a beautiful cabin, #7, the highest elevation of all of the cabins. When I was lookin for cabins in the Eureka Springs area, one of the first things I notice that caught my eye was adults only, no children. When I tried to get a carnival cruise line for a cruise that didn't have kids, they said that they didn't have any. I think that the main reason for no kids, is the rough terrain and kids running around could really get seriously hurt. This was our post Christmas, pre Valentines stay. I really hate to tell everyone how good this is because it would make reservations harder to get if more and more people make reservations. Just kidding, so if you are looking for a beautiful romantic setting for a getaway with very friendly staff, this is what you are looking for.

We had a fabulous visit- stayed 2 nights for Valentines. Wish we had stayed longer. The cabin was spotless and very well maintained. They have everything you could possibly need, right down to the bird food for your bird feeder.

Stayed here a year ago for our honeymoon. We got married on the deck of the Bluff Cabin. They left a great little greeting for us wishing us a happy anniversary with a very nice bottle of wine and some snacks. Amazing views to say the least. Everything you need is there. We had the in room couples massage and it was amazing. They provide slippers and robes that are really comfortable. A huge jacuzzi tub that overlooks the lake is a great way to end the day watching the sun set. When you're ready to finally leave the cabin you can, walk down to their dock and do a little fishing in their heated indoor fishing dock where they provide the poles, cleaning station, hooks, sinkers, bait (they have live worms). You can also take a paddle boat or paddle board out for a quick spin around the cove. Rent a pontoon and go for a cruise around the lake. A fully stocked kitchen (cookware), and a gas grill out on the deck will ensure that you can prepare your own meals if you want. Or a quick run into Eureka for some epic local dining. There is an outdoor gas firepit. If I had to say anything negative it would probably need to be about the firepit. It looks cool but it barely puts out any flame and basically no heat. Ambiance effect at most. I seen one of the firepits that was lit on the "Sky Suites" and it had a much better flame and looked really nice. Did I mention heated floors? They were great considering we were there in December.... However you spend your time here, you will not be disappointed.

Loving nature and life's many adventures yet to come!

Absolutely LOVED this place! We spent the week of July 4th at a private waterfront lake house surrounded by the OZARK mountains and I have to say, waking up each morning to this spectacular lakefront view and the neighborly deer in the front yard was simply breathtaking and so amazingly peaceful. A much needed, unique vacation spot in Eureka Springs, Arkansas indeed.

Driving down the "gravel road of lowered expectations" toward the cabins and suites at Beaver Lakefront Cabins, your heart sort of sinks in your chest as you think, "This can't be good." But once you open the door to your cabin, you will be blown away by the details. This place was done RIGHT. Coffee? There are beans and a grinder. Fireplace? Remotely controlled. HDTV? Directv with ultra sharp picture and the easiest remote you ever did saw. Jacuzzi looking over the lake? You got it. Pretty much all the utensils and appliances you would need on a vacation. The folks in the office (David in particular) are extremely helpful. We got some good recommendations on restaurants (try Local Flavor in town). We rented a boat for the day and were offered a picnic basket, which we declined because we planned on eating lunch at Starkey Marina (note; unless you really like convenience store pizza, pack a lunch). The wildlife awaits just outside your glass door. Literally. Around sunset, every night a pack (officially a "gaze") of raccoons crawled up on our deck and scoured the place for any dropped table crumbs. A few even peered into the living room. Deer prance through the brush, hummingbirds hover right up to the feeder mere feet away, and cicadas and crickets and frogs vie for the title of loudest mating call. This place is amazing.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Well worth it. Complete privacy, stayed in the The Bluff Cabin. The steaming hot, outdoor shower, in 10 degree weather, with a shower beer of course, was exhilarating! Trust me, you need this in your life you just don't know it. Heated floors and fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, just bring food and drinks and u will never leave! Only one MAJOR COMPLAINT, the slippers don't fit size 16 feet lol. All pictures are from or of Cabin # 7, The Bluff Cabin. We will definitely return!

The only thing I would have liked would be something on the bottom of the tub to give feet traction when getting in and out but there was a handle so that helped a lot. There was a huge window that overlooked the forest with a little birdfeeder that was very popular. Management was super responsive when we had questions. The location is about a 5 min drive from downtown (which was such a nice area). The week we stayed was very rainy so we didn't spend too much time on the porch but honestly everything was so cozy inside with huge views so we felt like it was perfect anyway. I would stay here again and again and again! (The photos on the website are near perfect of what to expect when you arrive too)

Convenient location, cute and quaint, great breakfast, awesome staff!…read more I botched a reservation on AirBnB for another property (forgot to actually click through the last screen) and didn't realize it until the day we were supposed to arrive. We quickly tried to book on AirBnB and didn't find a place we liked. We ended up on Booking.com and found this little gem. The treehouses are very quaint. They are a nice cross between old school Victorian styling with modern amenities like deep tubs with jets, very comfortable beds, flat screen TVs and comfortable patio furniture. The unit we're in is small-ish, but a perfect size for us. Though the breakfast is up at the main lodge, it's a quick drive, or a longish uphill walk for those who like some exercise in the morning. The breakfast was very tasty. We walked into town in about 10-15 minutes. It's uphill a little bit, but it's a gradual grade. At night it was very quiet. We slept amazing. A special shout out to Pat who helped us get into the proper unit. The online booking was wrong, but she straightened us out immediately and got us into a unit more appropriate for us and our 2.5 year old (Unit #6). We did get to checkout one of the smaller units and though too small for our family, would be a great little retreat for a couple. It's pretty obvious these are the Treehouses when driving by, but it'd be nice if there was an easier to see sign out front. Especially when approaching from the north. Pat gave me great directions, so we found them pretty easily. The "second-chance-bridge" into the property wasn't open, but it was easy to turn around and take the bridge on Main St.

Sometimes we stay in the old hotels downtown and other times we decide to stay on the lake. I like both options, but I will say the peacefulness out on the lake is so nice. If you're on the fence about it, please know you should have zero hesitation about staying at Beaver Lake Cottages. These are very nice little "homes" ... I had cottage #1 and it was quaint and comfortable. White wood inside, clean carpeting, a kitchen with all the trimmings, and a Jacuzzi tub below a large window facing the woods. Even the couch was nice - and you know the couch is like the first thing to go in a community room. This cottage was honestly some place I would actually live in - like a studio apartment since bed and living room are together. But it was homey, cozy, well-appointed and very, very clean. The cottages are relatively easy to find. There is a well-lit sign at the entrance to the driveway that you'd have to try very hard to miss, even at night. The cottages are built along a pretty steep hill along the path to the lake, but it wasn't trouble by any means. At night, when we arrived, it was a bit nerve-wracking since I didn't know what the area actually looked like - all you see is a narrow lane and black space. But it's honestly not bad at all. Some things to note: cell phone service is just okay down there. I have AT&T and there were times my phone would show No Service but then I'd move an inch to my left and I'd have 1 or 2 bars. There is a phone in each cottage, but it's on a party line so you have to share. Also, you cannot use their phones to receive calls; outgoing only. Lastly, there is Wi-Fi but it's slow and spotty. It actually worked better when I went outside to sit on the deck - which would be fine in warmer weather, but it's not always warm. Overall, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Downtown Eureka is a 15-20 minute drive away so it's close enough yet far away for some real rest and relaxation.
