We loved loved loved Cabin #6! Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. Even though it was cold, the views were gorgeous from every window. The bed was warm, cozy and so comfortable. Every detail was thought through, from the Alexa speaker, Roku for the TV, champagne and chocolates for sunset, jacuzzi tub for two and a huge shower. We had contactless check-in and check-out. As we left we stopped by the dock where there are free paddle boat rentals during warmer weather. The indoor fishing hole is such a creative amenity. Once again, if we had more time we could have spent a day fishing from the comfort in this heated space. We could easily stay for a week and still not have enough time. We love bird-watching, so the free birdseed and feeder was a welcomed treat. read more

Really had a great time relaxing here. Room was great, views wonderful, just what we needed for a mid-trip stop amid a busy schedule. Getting an email the day before with info was nice. Also got a text on our arrival day saying our room was clean and ready early, so we heading in! Nice touch. It is a bit of a drive into town, but we knew that coming here. But room had snacks, water, and even a awesome muffin and juice/coffee for the morning. Loved sitting on the patio enjoying the quiet view. The bed was comfortable, the fireplace and recliners were cozy and the jacuzzi tub with a view was phenomenal! This was our first stay at the beaver lakefront cabins and we chose a beautiful cabin, #7, the highest elevation of all of the cabins. When I was lookin for cabins in the Eureka Springs area, one of the first things I notice that caught my eye was adults only, no children. When I tried to get a carnival cruise line for a cruise that didn't have kids, they said that they didn't have any. I think that the main reason for no kids, is the rough terrain and kids running around could really get seriously hurt. This was our post Christmas, pre Valentines stay. I really hate to tell everyone how good this is because it would make reservations harder to get if more and more people make reservations. Stayed here a year ago for our honeymoon. We got married on the deck of the Bluff Cabin. They left a great little greeting for us wishing us a happy anniversary with a very nice bottle of wine and some snacks. Amazing views to say the least. Everything you need is there. We had the in room couples massage and it was amazing. They provide slippers and robes that are really comfortable. A huge jacuzzi tub that overlooks the lake is a great way to end the day watching the sun set. When you're ready to finally leave the cabin you can, walk down to their dock and do a little fishing in their heated indoor fishing dock where they provide the poles, cleaning station, hooks, sinkers, bait (they have live worms). You can also take a paddle boat or paddle board out for a quick spin around the cove. Rent a pontoon and go for a cruise around the lake. A fully stocked kitchen (cookware), and a gas grill out on the deck will ensure that you can prepare your own meals if you want. Or a quick run into Eureka for some epic local dining. There is an outdoor gas firepit. If I had to say anything negative it would probably need to be about the firepit. It looks cool but it barely puts out any flame and basically no heat. Ambiance effect at most. I seen one of the firepits that was lit on the "Sky Suites" and it had a much better flame and looked really nice. Did I mention heated floors? They were great considering we were there in December.... However you spend your time here, you will not be disappointed. read more

Driving down the "gravel road of lowered expectations" toward the cabins and suites at Beaver Lakefront Cabins, your heart sort of sinks in your chest as you think, "This can't be good." But once you open the door to your cabin, you will be blown away by the details. This place was done RIGHT. Coffee? There are beans and a grinder. Fireplace? Remotely controlled. HDTV? Directv with ultra sharp picture and the easiest remote you ever did saw. Jacuzzi looking over the lake? You got it. Pretty much all the utensils and appliances you would need on a vacation. The folks in the office (David in particular) are extremely helpful. We got some good recommendations on restaurants (try Local Flavor in town). We rented a boat for the day and were offered a picnic basket, which we declined because we planned on eating lunch at Starkey Marina (note; unless you really like convenience store pizza, pack a lunch). The wildlife awaits just outside your glass door. Literally. Around sunset, every night a pack (officially a "gaze") of raccoons crawled up on our deck and scoured the place for any dropped table crumbs. A few even peered into the living room. Deer prance through the brush, hummingbirds hover right up to the feeder mere feet away, and cicadas and crickets and frogs vie for the title of loudest mating call. This place is amazing. read more

2nd stay, & lived up to our expectations once again. Great, hidden gem, of a getaway , couples only. Updated, state-of-the art amenities, while still the cozy 'cabin' feel. Too, only 15mins from Historic Downtown. So, just close enough, away as well. We've only gone during 'off' season. My suggestion, if you plan on going in 'peak', definitely book well in advance. This place is absolutely gorgeous! Well worth it. Complete privacy, stayed in the The Bluff Cabin. The steaming hot, outdoor shower, in 10 degree weather, with a shower beer of course, was exhilarating! Trust me, you need this in your life you just don't know it. Heated floors and fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, just bring food and drinks and u will never leave! Only one MAJOR COMPLAINT, the slippers don't fit size 16 feet lol. While this looks beautiful, I would NEVER recommend the company to anyone. I had to have emergent surgery for a fetal demise the day I was to be in Eureka springs. I offered to pay more money to change my reservation not even a refund and got told "you made a choice." Offered medical documentation and everything. They also don't offer travel insurance for their cabins. They acted helpless even though they could do SOMETHING. I would never wish this on anyone else to go through what I have, work in healthcare myself, and then have a company not even show compassion. I hope my $800 was worth it to this heartless and selfish company. read more

We stayed there years ago and fell in love with it. However, when I just called to cancel our reservation for May the gentleman in the phone was extremely rude and downright hateful. I understand times are very stressful with the COVID-19 virus, but this is NO excuse to treat a customer like this. When I told him I would be sure to leave a review he told me "thank you for threatening me over the phone- I will take it down when you do" I tried to explain to him that my husband is a firefighter and due to the current state of everything he would not be able to get away for a vacation. We will be looking for a new place in the future to vacation. This place was beautiful, but I will not support someone that treats customers that way. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Our cabin had the feel of a luxury hotel suite and at the same time provided the seclusion and rustic ambiance that you would expect from a cabin nestled in the mountains. Our view overlooking the lake was breathtaking. Every evening a raccoon, whom my wife and I affectionately named Cheyenne, would show up on our balcony railing and have a snack out of the humming bird feeder. After perusing the past guests' comments in the guestbook in our cabin, it seems like everyone that visits has an amazing time. So many people wrote that they felt the presence of the Lord there; I wanted mention in my own entry that Cthulhu definitely lives in that lake and that the Old Ones shall crawl up from its depths, but my wife absolutely refused to let me do it, so I'm doing it here. read more

My wife and I have stayed here for a 4 night stay, two years straight. The place is limited to couples (no kids or pets) and there are only 10 cabins I believe. The boat rental fee is very reasonable and they sport one of the only covered docks on the lake (for indoor fishing). Rooms are just the right size, beautiful views, GREAT staff... you're gonna like this place. You must also go for the personal chef option at least once. The only draw back - the drive down to the cabins is steep and gravel. We took my Corvette the first year and that was a mistake. The second year we took my wife's BMW sedan and had no issues. I wouldn't recommend a motorcycle or low riding car, and also wouldn't recommend staying anywhere else! read more

just wrapping up our weekend here, and let me start off by saying I don't want to leave our cozy little lodge suite aaaanytime soon. usually, by this point I am ready to head home... but this really does feel like a home away from home! it's (just keeping it real) a pretty creepy drive down the gravel road to the office and lodge, but like other readers have stated- once you open your door, your expectations are exceeded. my husband and I have loved every amenity beaver lakefront has had to offer, and have reeeeally enjoyed all the movies and games to choose from! you can watch a movie while taking a soak in the tub, and the view from the rooms are just outstanding. it's nice to be a little bit away from all the hustle and bustle of touristy downtown, yet still fairly close to so many neat things to do! the office staff is super nice and helpful, and they have made our stay really easy. id love to return to this special place one day! it's been such a wonderful 1 year anniversary getaway! read more

My husband and I stayed there for part of our honeymoon, then returned for our first anniversary. We absolutely loved everything about this place. It's quiet and serene and you will feel like the rest of the world is far away. The cabins are fully furnished with everything you could want. The Jacuzzi over looking the lake was perfect. There is a flat screen TV, remote control fireplace, full kitchen with full sized appliances and coffee supplies, as well as cooking utensils. The staff is great too. You will get the same kind of housekeeping service you could expect from a hotel, not a cabin. Waking up to the lake view is just breathtaking. If you do want to venture out, there is plenty to do! The hubby and I loved the complimentary kayaks. There are also boats available for rental and all of the fishing gear you would need! My sweetie caught his first crappie and was pretty proud of himself. Everything about Beaver Lake was absolutely perfect an we are looking forward to returning in the near future. read more

My fiance and I had reservations July 27 and 28,2016. I called because his dad fell and was in one hospital and his mom the next day ended up in another hospital. I asked him to move it. He the owner was heartless. I am sure its a lovely place and we were so excited to stay. He is not hurting for money. Over 20 cabins at 150 plus a pop. Looks like booked solid every month.We paid almost 600 bucks for two nights. Because I didn't check the right box he would not refund our money.He was so cold and heartless. I told him I would get doctors notes. I have stated many bed and breakfast hotels etc...I thought at least offer to rent out then if couldn't maybe keep half. They have great reviews but think twice my friends.....He has no heart. read more

I was very much looking forward to visiting this place, as it had been highly recommended by a friend. A nice upscale getaway, which was just what my husband and I needed. We are the caretakers of my 93 year old father, and because he was going on a cruise with one of my brothers, we decided that would be the perfect time for our getaway. At the time I booked, I did say that our dates were not flexible, my logic being that I could only leave town when my dad was taken care of. My father had a sudden bad turn in his health two weeks before the cruise, and we had to cancel the cruise and first class airfare. No worries there, both were cheerfully refunded. I called Beaver Lakefront Cabins to see if I could reschedule, but I was told that I had missed the 21 day cancellation window. I asked to reschedule and was told that I couldn't refund or reschedule because I hadn't checked the right box when I made my reservation in order for the reservation to be rescheduled. Since I didn't want to lose my payment of over $700, I asked my sister to "dad-sit" and decided to try to make it work. My father's health continued to decline, and he ended up in the emergency room, needed urgent heart valve replacement, and a stay in ICU. I called back again to cancel, and begged to reschedule. I was turned down. I offered to take any two days when they had low occupancy, and I offered to pay a reasonable penalty. Both of these were turned down. Now I am out over $700 with no recourse.
