I've seen other reviews suggesting this place is cheaper than the Dixie Spin locations in town …read more.. unless those had a huge surge in pricing since I last went to one a couple years ago I don't think that's really the case, I mean the smallest washer option here is $4 per load. But the dryers are pretty reasonable at 25 cents for 8 minutes and they heat up well. Also still uses quarters with change machines (no weird apps or tokens or whatever), has modern machines, has a decent little restroom that's unlocked, has wifi, seems kept up reasonably well overall, it's worth a stop as laundry doesn't really get any cheaper around here unless you stay at a hotel.

I like that it takes card, which is super helpful for me so I don't have to waste extra money taking out of the ATM (current bank account is in Hawaii still) both times I've been here the lady, says "good morning" & is cleaning the machines. The first time I came here there were a couple machines out of order. When I got back 1 week & a half later, they were fixed, it's really tidy, & friendly. I enjoy coming here, being able to work while waiting for the laundry & not be bothered. People who come here are kind & considerate. Glad I found somewhere I could do our family laundry til our machines come in at home. Might just come back because I like getting out the house lol

There are a few things that give me an indication of a well-run park. 1) Friendly caring staff 2) clean well-manicured RV sites and 3) The facilities are clean, well-ventilated, i.e. smell fresh and operational. Henries Hitch n Post excels on all 3! If these items are in order, you can pretty much expect the hook-ups are in order as well and they were. A note. As far as facilities are operational goes, if the park has a laundry facility my experience is there tends to be some "out of order" machines the majority of the time. Not here! The laundry room has over 10 machines and 10 dryers (didn't count) and everyone one is operational. Wow! First rate. As for the human touch, its amazing. Our short stay turned into an unanticipated longer stay due to a family emergency. Immediately the managers Ed and Beth were on top of things to assist in helping me. The emergency required some family help and Ed and Beth made sure they could stay on site so we could be close together. My instructions from them were take what time you need to address your situation and don't worry about other things we got you. This amazing hospitality and concern for us was such a big help. I told friends and family about this and a common comment is small town hospitality. Yes, probably some of that but it's mainly Ed and Beth. That's the type of people they are. Warm, caring and sincere with big hearts.

There are outdoor chairs on a little patio with parking in front of the room. The bedroom shades did not block the light well, but I always travel with an eye mask. Easy town to walk around plus hiking, fishing, parks and drives nearby. They had a welcome packet with maps and sites to visit. There was a very strong smell of cleaning products that gave me a headache until I aired it out. Beautifully decorated unit.

We would have been so grateful for just bare bones accommodations, but what we found was so much more awesome! Lynn was so welcoming and extremely helpful with places to eat, etc. The cabin had everything you could need and was clean and secure and also just a darling experience. The whole place is so gosh dang cute. Bed was comfy and clean. Fire pit outside is an awesome addition even though we couldn't use it due to fire restrictions. Free drip coffee in the morning was so good that I didn't even want a latte - though they do have a full service espresso bar available on site! You'll also find cute postcards, tumbled rocks, maps of the area, local geological facts and stuff. You can hang out in the reception/coffee area, which had seating and outlets. They have laundry downstairs (we didn't check it out though). And the whole property has free wifi! There are SO many amenities here for dogs as well!! I wish we had ours, but they hate going on the road, so we didn't get to take advantage of the dog park, wash station, or in-room pet blankets. On top of their cabins/casita, they also have tent sites and RV and van sites. One of the absolute best stops we've ever made on the road! Don't forget to hang out with Debbie (meow).

The young woman at the office was super friendly and helpful in getting us settled. Although they don't have a dedicated RV dump station, she said it was fine to use the water and sewer hookups from any of the unoccupied RV sites. An added bonus was having not one, but two food trucks on site, as well as a coffeehouse in the lobby. Our cabin was very comfortable too. Highly recommend!
