After waiting for hours the doctor came back in saying she had concussion symptoms with no concussion? They tried to hurry us up but we were understandably concerned and confused so we asked over again what exactly that meant because that sounds like a concussion? When the doctor came back in she was extremely rude, staring with "so I heard we have some frustration on the diagnosis not being a concussion? Why is that?" In a snappy tone. After trying to explain why we were confused she said "are you a licensed medical professional? Do you know how to diagnose a concussion? Hm?" Nearly yelling at us. Then she said "it's been explained to you multiple times so I don't understand why you're still here" after trying to get any words in over the Doctor yelling over us we asked what she was supposed to do if she wasn't supposed to sustain another head injury if she's supposed to go to work the next day. She responded with "well maybe you need to decide if that job is worth it, you knew the risks." Then tried to compare her job to ours. Finally when we were fed up and left she just said "bye" in a terrible awful tone. Never coming here again because obviously the emergency department hires those with horrible attitudes and even worse care.

My husband started…read moreexperiencing abdominal pain and when it didn't resolve, we made an appointment at the Fillmore Medical Clinic. Every single person without exception was friendly, caring and competent. Our PA, Carmelo, was superb and after a prompt CT scan at the hospital next door, was able to diagnose the issue. A few antibiotics later and he is feeling much better. Our sincere thanks to all the clinic personnel and radiology personnel who could not have been nicer. They all went out of their way to ensure that we had a great experience.

Not good enough. Bad bad bad I could do a better job.

While we were checking in the Nurse asked what's wrong, I told her, then she said "Oh, we'll have to do some imaging." Before we even got to see the doctor we scheduled for we were taken to the ER and now I am facing a $2000 bill for an x-ray for poop and an opinion from the same doctor we'd already seen. I didn't want to go to the ER, if it was an urgent issue we would have, but just for constipation? My daughter struggles with it and has for 6 years. We were just hoping for another opinion than Dr. West's "Use MiraLAX every day for the rest of her life." When I tried to explain that we were there for a doctor's appointment and not an ER visit and we just wanted to see Dr. Ivan's his only response was to smile and shrug and say "Well, it happens." No. No it shouldn't happen. When you schedule a doctor visit you should get to see that doctor, not be catfished into shelling out thousands on an unnecessary ER visit. I've tried calling and emailing trying to get a hold of someone, but all I get is a work around to the same call centers who refer me back to the same call centers again. Finally they gave me an email to talk to someone with, but for the past month, I haven't been able to get a single response. Thus, the negative review. It's my only way to tell everyone else to watch out, because even if you tell them your medical history and the reason you're there, they will find the absolute most expensive way of not helping you.

They were a bit behind but doctor called about 20 minutes after my appointment time. Having blood work done was as simple as registering at the kiosk and my sample was left behind less than 10 minutes later. Parking can be a bit limited with current construction. I love this network and even though I live out of town, it was well worth the drive. I would highly recommend this facility to all of my family not to mention my friends.

I was able to get an appointment in short order. The office staff was extremely professional and caring. When I saw the physician, he was very professional and he actually spent several minutes going over my medical issue. It was nice talking with a physician who actually cares. My medication was sent to the local pharmacy and I was home resting before I knew it. I'm glad Intermountain Health Care is here in our backyard and I will certainly be using their facility for any future needs (hoping, of course, those times are few and far between).
