When we arrived my mother had driven over 2 hours just to be told to go outside and change primary provider after she has been seeing this doctor for over a year. She was told when we arrived at 2:30 to do so outside and then just to be told a little later that it was now to late, it was 3:30 and their machines were off so they would not see her. They told her she would be seen since they did not close until 4:00 however they had a change of heart and wanted to leave early to start their weekend. On top of this we were also told the doctor did not need to see her and that it was not urgent since the doctor did not note the file. Basically telling me that it was not true, my fault and that the doctor leaves notes so it was not the truth. This visit was because of chest pains and so the doctor asked her to drive in so she can receive an EKG and see a heart doctor the following day with the referral. However that did not mean anything for this secretary and did not understand why I was so upset. Not only was my mother frighten but now after making her way to San Antonio they just basically told her to go away so they can end their day early. I had been seeing this doctor for over 10 years and from time to time I could hear them on wanting to leave early so they would turn people away or cancel them. Then I also have received countless EKG and other test so I know their machines when they wanted to work were always off. So telling us that the machines were off at 3:30 was simply an example of just how much her health meant to her than her Friday afternoon. So if you are looking for a new doctor or have an issue with your health being a priority this medical office is not for you. Please look further and trust when I say your health is not a priority. If you would like to ask for names or ask more questions please let me know and I will be happy to share about my experience and all what I have come to know about the office. Including machines working when they want to and of course not feeling your health matters after all. Some areas "take" faster than others. For example, my ears only needed to be done 4 times and they now have virtually no hair, whereas my eyebrows needed far more treatments. Some areas are more painful than others, and I (and I imagine most people's) pain tolerance gets worn down over time, so you can schedule longer sessions for less painful areas and shorter ones for more painful ones, but your tolerance will build such that in your later treatments you can go for hours at a time if you have the need. The results are really solid. After several treatments, hairs stop growing back, and you no longer have to worry about shaving (or whatever method you used before). It's a time and money investment initially but it pays dividends in saved time that far exceed the investment.

Normally when there's this many obstacles it's a sign this is not the place for me to be so I'm just going to get my money back and call it even. I can't recommend them in their customer service because they don't actually offer service, and it's not even like this is the type of establishment where I can give grace for low staffing or burn out.
