Love this local dental practice! I sought them out to mend a hole in my molar and they squeezed me in and saw me within a couple days. Dr. Ethan and Kristin fixed me up in 2 office visits and they did a stellar job. Other things I really loved: * Everyone in the office is super welcoming and friendly. On my first visit ever, they gave me a tour of their space and packed me some gifts to take home! * They're very caring and attentive to details; they checked in on me after my procedure to see how I was feeling. * Before the procedure, they explained everything that they're going to do and why. * They do everything in house and have a quick turn-around. This is a wonderful practice. I found them on a google search since we are new to the area. I had a toothache and they were able to fit me in the next day. Staff are very welcoming and informative, kind and thorough. Not only did they give me a tour, but they provided me with a little thank you gift. I liked the dentist very much, it's a father/son practice, with 3 hygienists and a wonderful front office. Everything felt very Covid safe which is greatly appreciated since I am in my 60s. I started going to a dentist in Wilsonville but with an excellent practice much closer to where I live, this is my new choice. I had my first visit with Dr. Ethan Claggett and his amazing team right before covid-19 and have gone several times since for some pretty major procedures....NEVER NEVER NEVER have I been treated as well as I have wiith the BeaverBrooke team. Everyone in the office were so friendly and welcoming and the office is State of the Art! They were so patient with me & explained every step of each procedure which helped to mitigate my level of anxiety. The dentist was great, but the billing department really sucks. In the first of August 2021 I had a root canal go bad and was in pain. My regular dentist was on vacation and was sent to Beaverbrook. Diagnosed the problem, got Rx to antibiotics/pain. There had been an unknown laps in dental insurance, so I paid by credit card after service, got my insurance issue resolved that showed I did have coverage during the of service and went back to get reimbursed. They said they would get the money back to me. I have been going into the office several times since then and either the billing person is not in, or out to lunch. Made several calls and again the billing person is either out or on another call and will call me back. It's now been 4 months since I was seen, and finally talked to the billing person a week ago and she said that a credit back to my card would happen either Thursday or Friday of last week (week of 29 Nov). Checked my account today (6 Dec), and no credit. Guess I'm going to have to keep calling. Getting reimbursed should no be this difficult. My recommendation is not to take your dental business to Beaverbrook. I have no trust in them as to the financial part of the.demtal practice. Are they going to overcharge you, or say you're covered and find out you're not. Any business is only as good as their accounting (accountability) and trust, and as far as I'm concerned they do not have any read more

I am extremely impressed with all aspects of Beaverbrook Dental. From the first contact to schedule an appointment through the entire process you will find a professional, warm and caring staff. Dr Claggett went above and beyond when it came to making sure I was comfortable and well cared for. He completed my crown in one visit, milling the crown in his office while I watched the big screen overhead tv. I would not hesitate to recommend this office and Dr Claggett. I have never had such a horrible experience at the dentist. 4 out of my 7 fillings have needed extra work. 2 of which were never even fixed! Since April I have been going here twice a month to get these fillings fixed. The first visit after the initial work was done they told me they were understaffed so they could not fix it. They called me in to take a look at it but weren't even able to fix it. I was told to come back next week... thats another week of me being in pain. I come back and they fix it while working on another 3 new teeth. Those 3 teeth caused me so much pain for a 2 weeks after being worked on. I called and they said it was normal for them to hurt after getting work done. I let it go for another week but the pain didn't go away so I came back and they found there was a gap left between the filling causing food to get stuck in there. I have come back multiple times since with no positive results. Not only that, but they made me feel like my pain is a "normal sensitivity now". I'm unable to eat the things I used to because of the work they did. They made me feel like I was lying about my pain. Maybe I'm a one off case but I really wish they would have actually tried to fix the issue the first time instead of telling me I needed to give it more time. They just kept putting a bandaid on the real problem. read more

I've been going here for years, I highly recommend this dentist. His staff and hygienists are wonderful. He is a very good dentist respects my preferences for or against certain practices (such as me being anti fluoride and anti mercury) his crowns are same day as there is a CNC kinda machine that makes them on the spot and fit perfectly. I had not been to a dentist in 3 years, I know shame on me, and was looking for a place that was affordable without having insurance. They are willing to work with you on billing. When you first walk in, the space is warm, welcoming, and they offer free coffee and cookies. ( being a hobby baker myself I thought it was cute that even in a dentist office they understand that cookies just have to be shared.) The office staff is very energetic and so welcoming. My dentist and hygienist were very understanding, knowledgeable, and kind. I went in expecting a regular check up and cleaning. I wasn't expecting the examination to be very through, but it was, and we found a lot going on that I have never known before. Any dentist office I've been to shoves a bill in my face and says 'this is what is happening, deal with it.' But here they explained what everything was, what was recommended for short term and most needed, and what they can recommend on the long term to get later. When I couldn't pay for everything on this visit, and explained I need to do this paycheck by paycheck, they calmly and nicely said they understood and we're happy to have me as their patient. They gave me a welcome bag that had the usual toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste. But it also had a letter from my dentist talking about his practice and his family, a selfie stick, and pictures of my teeth from my visit. Overall, it was a good experience. I will be back, and in a much better time frame than 3 years. read more

I went to Beaverbrooke for years, its honestly the best dentist I have ever had. The facility is sparkling clean, staff is courteous and service is great. My complaints are that the receptionist calls you ALOT, way too much. Not just for your typical reminder. I actually had them call me at 1200 one day when my appointment was at 1200 and I was literally 10 feet away from the front door of the place. My boyfriend started going to Beaverbrooke as well and had the same experience, they call all the time. My second beef is that when I change jobs and got different insurance the dentist actually gave me attitude and treated me very poorly when I said it was going to be my last visit. I have mixed feelings for sure about this dentist and I do expect to be treated with more respect and kindness. Shame on you Dr Claggett. I know when he was rude his staff was embarassed because my dental hygeniest did her best to do damage control. read more

My husband needed a root canal and crown last month and got in right away. There was no two week wait for crown to come back from lab, as Dr. Claggett makes the crowns while you wait! It looked and fit perfectly. We are so happy we found this hi-tech dental practice right here in Sandy, Oregon. I have options near my home, but choose them because of their integrity, service and genuine interest in my well being. They have always been willing to work with me financially but I understand that without money they cannot stay in business.
