There is no doctor supervision whatsoever but that didn't stop the owner from insisting I should participate in the diet because it worked for her. Beware and do your own research first, once she gets her hands on your money you will never see it again. NOTE ADDED: It is certainly a personal choice to participate in any diet plan. I have thoroughly researched this diet and it is my own fault for not doing so before turning over a great deal money. My complaint is not about the plan per se, but more about the deceptive business practices and lack of customer service.
