I had a terrible experience The first time I went to this salon which was quite a few years ago. They were very aggressive and actually made me bleed. I never went back but on Sunday I asked for a recommendation for a nail salon and I was told that they are really good so I decided to give him a second shot. The technician took off a large chunk of my cuticle on my middle finger on my left hand and made me bleed. By the following day my first nail was already chipping and this is the state that they're in as of today which is less than a week. Three of the nails are chipping one is peeling (thumb). Obviously I will not be returning to this nail salon. I spoke to the owner and he will not return my money. HORRIBLE, AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!! So went with my 10 yo niece to have a mani- pedi with our friend who accompanied us and recommended this place. So my tech was the owner she is awful!!!!! She was disinterested, in a hurry and not paying attention to her job! while scrubbing my feet she made my toe bleed and not once apologized for it. Not to mention the place was dead so there wasn't any reason to rush. Then to boot her cuticle clippers were rusted WTF!!!! Ultimately, I'm unhappy because the product quality or application quality is terrible. Customer service is decent and the initial outcome of my nails was great. By day two, 6 of my acrylics were already lifting. I've been getting acrylic nails for 13+ years and this would have to be the first time I've had lifting next day. Mari did my toes and she always does a great job! I was SHOCKED at the price! $72 for a pedicure is too much! I did not ask for a deluxe pedi but I was charged for it. And they charge $20 to put 2 tips on my toes! That's insane considering a full set of nails is not much more. I will never pay that for a pedicure again! Then for my nails I got a new girl basically right out of school. My nails are awful. They are thick and uneven. The paint is chipping. The acrylic is cracking at my cuticles because it's so thick. If I would have known I was going to pay $130+ I would have demanded someone else to do my nails so it was worth the price. Edited to add: Maricarmen reached out to me immediately to fix what the previous girl had messed up. When I went to book the appointment for the corrections the owner MANNY acted like he had no idea, proceeded to ask me why I wrote a review without calling them first. When I left the salon that day Mari had tried several times to fix my nails but because the girl was new she had to learn. We both knew it wasn't good before I even left. Mari was going to save me as a customer but now because the owner would rather argue a moot point then correct the issues I will not be going back to this place. Do yourself a favor and find another salon where you get good quality to match the prices this place is charging and a place where customers are valued. Second time the technician was distracted, answering her personal phone and doing a million other things. She ended up cutting the bottom of my foot somehow, didn't trim my nails to the length requested, and the paint job was done horribly. I sat in the chair,which was not functional (the massage portion was broken and the roller was square center in my back), while she did the lady next to me toes. Best place for pedicures in all of the Trinity/ New Port Richey/ Odessa area. They have great staff and the pedicures are wonderfully priced. You get a lot for the price. They have a large color selection and you get a great massage with the pedicure (you know that's your favorite part). My favorite is the deluxe pedicure, which is only $30 and includes soooo much, even hot stones! I have not gotten my finger nails done here but that's because I do them on my own so I don't know much about that. But I have been searching for a place to get my toes done in the area for quite some time and this is the best by far! I have not once been cut, which has happened other places and they are always friendly and give you exactly what you ask for! I looked for a very long time for someone to be able to do my nails and I finally found it. I am a licensed nail tech and cosmetologist so I am very fussy on how things are done, what products are used and most importantly cleanliness. This place does it all. It dies not have an overwhelming smell, they use OPI products which are safe for your nails. Everything is clean !!! I have been going to Anna for my last 3 visits and I will keep returning. i went in to bebe nails today asking for ombré sns nails and showed my lady a picture of what i wanted. she was basically picking up the powder and sprinkling it over my nails. they were SO splotchy. every nail was different shades of pink and the shape was terrible i asked for coffin; the tips of my nails dipped inwards like a C. the other people in there were super sweet and eventually just painted over my nails and sent me on my way. read more

Came in as a walk-in, I've done that at other places and have been turned away or told a wait time, I was told no problem. Only to sit in a pedi chair and have all the workers complain about customers with appointments come first. I then asked three times if I should leave and come back, always told no. The girl that did my pedi was nice, but didn't seem experienced with gel polish. It took forever and she had to redo several toes. For $55 it turned out just okay, not great. I came in for a pedicure and to get my nails painted, the owner had come into my business when they were opening and told me all about it. I don't treat myself that often, but it was my birthday so I said why not. My total was $77, which what ever, it was a treat. The customer service was great, they offered me water and made sure I was comfortable. How ever the pedicure was the most dinky awful thing ever, she didn't even clip or clean my nails. I asked for bio seaweed, as I prefer it and know it lasts a while, THIS is where I'm mad, they totally did not use bio seaweed, they just used shellac(I know this because bio seaweed doesn't come in a nail polish bottle) and after 4 days it all came off. I would not recommend this place. The first thing my technician said when I sat down was "Aww how far along." I proceeded to tell her that I was not pregnant. She didn't even apologize. Then not even 10 minutes later she was on her personal phone with someone the WHOLE time she was doing my pedicure. She was laughing very loudly and was very unprofessional. Not sure why this place has 4 1/2 stars. This place sucks. The atmosphere is nice inside but the cleanliness is terrible and the employees are not friendly and they all look and act depressed. They wouldn't even let me browse at the nail colors. They insisted they must do it so I waited an additional 20 min for them to pick out the color I wanted when it could've taken me 2 minutes. The color I ended up getting showed up as a pale purple on the sample colored nail and it looked purple inside with the salon's lighting, but when I went outside the color was basically white and nothing what I wanted. Not to mention, I went in saying I simply wanted my acrylics taken off and a color change with a regular nail polish but they said they had no pale purple in a regular color which I find hard to believe and instead charged me $40 to do a bio seaweed gel color. Very sneaky. There were clipped nails all over the table the woman was doing my nails at and she did a sloppy job. I have the nail polish on my fingers and she didn't even bother removing it for me. Very upset. I read reviews that this salon was good but I went in to get an ombré pink and white full set and no one knew how to do it. I came in with my step mom and she was getting just a pedicure. They took her back for her pedicure while the nail tech who was supposed to do my nails was shaking her head not saying anything. Then she suggested that I get airbrush and gel over, which is not what I asked for at all and would look horrible. Just not up to date with anything. And apparently one tech knew how but decided she was going to do my step-moms pedicure instead. Not happy with this salon at all.
