In all my years getting my nails done I have never had a male technician be so friendly and so helpful. I usually get my nails done in Jacksonville BeachFlorida. And I'm in Valdosta for the weekend and decided to get my nails done here. I wish this was my normal nail salon because my nails have never looked this good before. I usually have to have my nails short for work and no technician ever listens to how short I need it while simultaneously making the shape look natural. As far as the cleanliness it is very clean, restrooms are orderly, and all the fixtures and such are clean! I love all the nail techs. They also give the best massages during their pedicures. I have come here before and it was really good! I had stopped by recently because I urgently needed my acrylic nails removed. I have gone to get my nails done for a while but this was the closest place to my location and I figured I could get them removed here. When getting my nails removed I am used to a very professional way of caring for my nails while removing them. The usual soak the nails and let them fall off, and then the nail tech will remove the remainder of the polish and so on so forth. Well, when I entered the salon the first thing the did was clip the acrylics which was fine. The man doing my nails was using clippers and clipping very close to my actual nail which resulted in 4 hangnails I had to pull on my left hand. Then, during the removal process after all of that he proceeds to get an unused acrylic nail, and wedge it under my own acrylic nail and pops them off. He did that with all of my nails and I consider the process to be unprofessional. Then at the very last step he just puts oil on it and I paid my money. i asked him if this is what they usually do and he said yes. But never have I ever had a nail tech remove my nails, with another unused nail. later on as time has passed my nails are discolored from where my acrylic nails where popped off. The spots on my natural nails are darker and unevenly toned now. I was very upset because I could've saved myself time and money by doing what he did at home. Overall, the removal process was very upsetting and unprofessional and I'm now left with discolored nail beds. read more

Usually very good but today the woman tried to push the skin around my nails down so they wouldn't get stuck in the acrylic, by her doing so areas around my nail are very sore. I went home and everything was fine... Until I decided to make a frozen pizza. when i pulled the pizza out of the oven and started cutting it, u tried picking up a piece and it melted some of the polish off. Came in to get a pedicure and once I got back to my chair, the woman was very kind and outgoing. Asked me questions and encouraged me to lean back and relax. She did a very nice, long massage on my legs and feet. And she was very precise with my polish. Everything was great! I would definitely recommend. read more

The only place I get my mani/pedi/brows done in Valdosta. I love how I don't get rushed and so it feels like I get my moneys worth. They do a great job on pedicure and take their time and massage your feet and legs. The pedicures are always done in spa chairs and you can control the massage. Tina also does an amazing job on my eyebrows. I have thin brows and they are always perfect. The shop is clean and has a nice setup with instrumental music and there is always a movie playing with subtitles on. read more

This place is a great little nail salon. It seems really clean; all the pedicure tools were taken out of sealed packages. The lady that did my pedi was nice to talk to. Prices are pretty normal. $25 for a pedi + $5 for a cute flower design on my big toe. I liked this place. read more

When I first went to them a year ago, I received great service and was happy with my nails, but over time the quality has gone down. They purposely mislead you and about halfway through they try to push you to get a gel color and say they can't do what you requested. In the beginning, they'll make you believe they can. I showed a picture and explained what I wanted but wasn't told she couldn't do it until she started putting nails on. This has happened twice (with different techs), which leads me to believe it's a standard practice. I've tried to give them multiple chances but they will no longer receive my business. read more
