I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked an…read moreeyelash extension appointment several days in advance, paid the required deposit immediately, and completed all of the new-client paperwork they requested. The salon had multiple days to review my information and contact me if there were any concerns or additional questions. Instead, they waited until I had already arrived for my appointment and then informed me that they needed to reschedule. This showed a complete lack of respect for my time and schedule. To make matters worse, when I asked for my deposit back, I was initially told that deposits are non-refundable, even though the appointment disruption was caused by the salon, not by me. After insisting, I was eventually refunded. I found the communication, professionalism, and customer service very disappointing and will not be returning.
