What wonderful service! I don't understand what the lower reviews were from, although I see they are a bit older. I was in the area, on a Sunday, and desperately needed to get a fill. I had been on a very active vacation doing lots of hiking and other outdoor adventures. My nails got a little beat up. My salon isn't open on Sunday or Monday, and although I love my salon, I had "to cheat" on my nail technician. Everyone at Bebe Too was extremely pleasant. Sophia took care of me. Even knowing that I was only a one time customer, she was very thorough and made sure everything was perfect. I was so pleased, I asked for a matching pedicure as well. I'm so disappointed in this salon. It's under new ownership and has gone downhill. I went in today and the nail tech was not very nice, and was even condescending. She was annoyed because my finger kept falling down, but she's the one that couldn't hold my hand! She proceeds to tell me I need a whole new set of gels when in fact I had them done not too long ago. When I asked why, she couldn't give me an answer. It ends with them charging me $80 for a gel refill which in my opinion is a bit steep. I will not return. I walked out spending $180 w tip for mani n pedi that left me stressed out! read more

My daughter has taken me to Bebe's multiple times as I visit often. I've learned that the salon is under new management, since June of '23. The service is so great and each nail attendant is friendlier than the last. "Kay" is a pleasure to be greeted at the door by and also, she did my nails just today and they are PERFECT! The quality and length of service here depends on who you get. Yesterday, I asked for a pedicure, and the woman cut the side of my toe with the nail clipper as she was cutting the nail of my other toe- leading to an open and bleeding wound. She put a bandaid on to stop the bleeding. However, I obviously could not put my foot in the water, or get my leg scrubbed. She rushed through the appointment, and then charged me full price. The woman at the desk suggested I leave a tip! Be careful when you go. read more

There were definitely some pros and cons to my visit. The first big con: it smells very bad in there. Since I was in there so long, luckily my nose got used to it. Pro: My pedicure was fantastic! The man who did my toes gave me a great foot massage, was very gentle when he needed to be, and paid very careful attention to my toes. Con: The manicure, not so much. The lady who did my manicure ripped my cuticle very badly - the photo was taken three days later and it still looks like that. I think this place is fine if you get the right person. read more

I had a very positive experience today getting a new set of hard gel nails. I had no appointment because I walked in after seeing their "specials" sign near Starbucks, and they had me in a chair within 10 minutes. All nail services in this area have gone up significantly lately, so their special price made it well worth a try. Sally did my nails and did a nice job! She was also very sweet, as was everyone else in the salon. While I was there, I mentioned this was my first time getting my nails done since COVID lockdowns 2 years ago. Two other ladies heard me say that and commented that they were doing the same. We were all very pleased with our services, so I don't know what was going on a few years ago with the bad reviews, but I'd say give them a try now. They are higher priced than some other salons around here, but I will go back. read more

I really like this place - both Julie and Eunice consistently give me excellent manicures and pedicures at a great price ($30.00!) Anytime I ever brought forth any minor concerns they were addressed immediately and professionally. Made a same day appointment for two pedicures on a Saturday. The person who answered the phone was really friendly. The pedicure itself was incredible. My nail technician was very kind, gentle and polite and she addressed me by name. The spa chairs were perfect and had many different functions. Worse pedicure and manicure I ever had in my life! One person started my pedicure and another finished as she spilled the nail polish more than once. The jel manicure was done in 10 minutes as she hardly filed my nails. I dont think they even clean their utensils. It seemed they were using the same ones on other people. Not a very clean place either. I told the woman when I paid that the manicure was the worse Iever had. All she said was you no like? This place is just really convenient being across the street from my workplace. It's never very crowded so you can pop in during lunch and get the quick $12 manicure. They water down their nail polish like most of these types of places so she actually did 3 coats of color (which is pretty rare). Mani lasted about 5 days and I went 8 days before I took it off because it was unbearable. Pretty typical. Just don't expecting a serene-spa-royal-treatment. read more

Very unhappy with my nails. Not only did they not clarify the type of manicure, they also did not do a good job since they are different lengths and not straight. The clear had bubbles and dome nails are not smooth. $120 for a full set is ridiculous. Honestly want them redone but not willing to spend the money or the time (2 hours) to do so. read more

I am originally from Basking Ridge but moved to Philadelphia so everytime I come back to visit I stop by! The women are all very nice and do their work well. The owner is delightful and makes sure that I am satisfied with my mani/pedi every time I come in. While some may complain about the price... it's located in Basking Ridge which is a 'wealthier' area so it should be a bit expected of those who go in. Have given this place several tries since I live up the hill. Beware of where your tray comes from. The guy who did my toes walked on over to my chair with the same tray of instruments he used on the gal he did before me. No I don't think so. Asked him to get a clean one out of the 'oven'. It's just rude. not the first time they've screwed up - Will drive all the way to Bedminster for a manicure/pedi. I have been a customer at this nail salon for probably 10 years and today marked my final visit. I rarely make an appointment unless absolutely necessary which I can understand can be a pain, and within the last year the staff has let me know I should make appointments, handing me business cards and repeatedly telling me. I have a black tie event to attend tomorrow night and a conference next week so I made an appointment for 5pm to make sure they had time for me. I arrived on time and was told 8-10 minutes. That was fine, I worked in the service industry and can understand a few minutes. But 50 minutes later someone was ready to do my nails. A customer walked to the front to pay and my technician noticed the woman had a toenail polish issue so she left for another 10 minutes to fix it. When the technician returned, she didn't speak a single word to me, she shaped my nails the way she wanted, rushed through the painting, painted pretty much only the middle of my nail, and used the wrong color even though I repeatedly requested the color. I first said to her 'my cuticles are really dry today' thinking she would put oil/lotion on them before starting, she did not. I was in a ridiculous amount of pain as she pushed back my cuticles which was evident by the way I was moving and said 'ow' several times and nothing. My nails look like they were painted 2 weeks ago, as if they're already grown in. My nails are rough, there's extra polish all over my fingers, bumps on every nail, the lines from the paper towel she used left imprints on my nails because she only let my nails dry for about 15 seconds after each coat and every nail is streaky. I've never had such a terrible experience. read more

I will not be going back here. I am not sure why I returned. My last experience was bad. My pedicure was rushed once they started getting busy (after they suggested a $45.00 spa pedicure - which i "needed"). I have had better results elsewhere with a 20.00 normal pedicure. As soon as more customers started coming in and several were waiting, the pedicurist looked stressed, left to go do some waxing in the midst of my pedicure, and then rushed to finish-nowhere near a spa level pedicure. Manicure at Bebe is also disappointing - they do not soak your cuticles, moisturize or massage your hands (and they charge 12? most nearby salons charge 10 and do a better job) When I asked the manicurist why she didn't moisturize or massage, she said: Yes, I did, you weren't paying attention! As others noted, my cuticles were sore after this manicure. The overall customer service is poor. There are too many other nail salons in this area with better prices, much better customer service and professionalism. read more

Bebe is okay, but just okay. Its staff projects an air of "I will rush you through this because it's annoying to have you here." My last manicure did not last 24 hours. The nail polish peeled off of every fingernail the next morning. My pedicure still looks good. However, treatment of your hands and feet can often be a tad rough and a bit surly. This is the closest salon to my office, but I'm done with giving them "one more chance" to get it right. I usually am not the one to write a review about bad service but after my experience at bebe too i felt that I had to share my story with others. My friend and I came in for pedicures and did not get acknowledged for about 5 minutes even though the salon was empty and some of the staff was free. When we finally sat down to get our pedicure we were astonished by the lack of focus they were paying to our feet! Throughout the entire pedicure both ladies were talking in chinese to another employee who wasn't busy. They did not even look at my feet while she painting them and literally stopped the pedicure about 30 times to use hand gestures and get more into her conversation. Both my friend and I got barely massaged and my pedicure looks like it was done by a 5 year old. To top it off we each got charged 25 dollars for the awful service. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! read more

As a regular customer, visiting Bebe practically every week for either a fill in, eyebrows, pedicures etc, I was extremely disappointed when I walked in for my appointment (I made it two weeks in advance because I only like the way one girl does my nails so I requested her) and saw that a walk in customer was seated at my manicurist right before me.
