She also didn't really know too much except she kept saying "energy" in every drip we asked about. My daughter went to the restroom & saw open needles through the "peekaboo window" for the "IV room". I'm not in nursing or healthcare but that was very alarming & gross & I'm assuming unsafe. I will say we WILL return on the account of Stacy & Vanessa. The services that *have* been delivered have always been done so on an e emergency basis - somebody literally escalates up to a high enough level that something finally gets done.
