The Summer Special tasting was a flight of brut natural, sauv blanc, and rosé. The bartender did a great job describing the wines and background of the winery. I enjoyed them all - they're not as bright and crisp as you may expect, and instead they're a bit more funky. A few of my group tried the wines and didn't enjoy them, so I'd warn that they may not appeal to everyone. The rosé especially reminded us almost of an orange wine. I thought they were interesting and worth a try, but they wouldn't be my everyday go-to/may not pair as well with certain foods.
