They were not cut short at all so I asked if they would take their back shorter as that is a standard cut. It is summer time and they become heated very easily so I knew it was problematic. Especially for $130 each. Front desk Jen was amazingly professional and pleasant, she advised she would speak with the owners and when she came back I was told they would not do that. That was it. I was not addressed by anyone other than Jen. They also charged $130 each for the big kids and $90 for my schnauzer who is 12 lbs. Highly overpriced from any other groomer I have used. Very disappointed by the way they responded to my request. If I had been able to speak with them, I would have made my point that the Airedale cut is short with some face, (their faces were just cut all the way down leaving no muzzle or eye brows) and that is what I expected as I was never asked about the cut. Even at the counter there are examples of the different lengths. They are already needing trimmed again, which is the reason I decided to write a review. For $130 each I now have to have their neck and back trimmed. It's too hot. Do not recommend AT ALL.

At one point during a grooming session she brought a concern that she had about something with our dog. We took her advice and saw the vet. He had a slight infection and thanks to Katie it was handled quickly. Her mobile grooming van is meticulous. She always sends a reminder for your appointment and is on time. We love her and our dog loves her.

I received a very prompt call back and was able to schedule within a couple of days for her to come out to our house in Stuart to groom our dog Titus. Katie was so pleasant on the phone and was extremely sweet and gentle with Titus, even though he isn't very trusting of strangers. By the time she was done with Titus, he was giving her kisses! We are SO happy with the grooming job she provided, and will definitely call Katie when Titus needs to be groomed again.

He actually runs in the door, delighted to see the owner Danny, his 'personal stylist,' Karen, and Adam (who bathes the pets). The grooming is always excellent. I cannot recommend him enough after 3 weeks of training not one fight we are so much more comfortable.
