Had my 3 dogs groomed. 2 Airedales and a mini schnauzer. The standard cut for an Airedale is the neck, back, skull and tail are cut "very short". They were not cut short at all so I asked if they would take their back shorter as that is a standard cut. It is summer time and they become heated very easily so I knew it was problematic. Especially for $130 each. Front desk Jen was amazingly professional and pleasant, she advised she would speak with the owners and when she came back I was told they would not do that. That was it. I was not addressed by anyone other than Jen. They also charged $130 each for the big kids and $90 for my schnauzer who is 12 lbs. Highly overpriced from any other groomer I have used. Very disappointed by the way they responded to my request. If I had been able to speak with them, I would have made my point that the Airedale cut is short with some face, (their faces were just cut all the way down leaving no muzzle or eye brows) and that is what I expected as I was never asked about the cut. Even at the counter there are examples of the different lengths. They are already needing trimmed again, which is the reason I decided to write a review. For $130 each I now have to have their neck and back trimmed. It's too hot. Do not recommend AT ALL. read more

If I could give zero Stars I would! I took my dog here 3 months ago and he was uneven in the back which they did fix but I had to bring it to their attention. I should have known by that experience that I needed to go somewhere else. As my dog is very easy to groom. This time the same thing uneven back,. They didn't follow instructions when I asked them not to cut his ears as they were chopped off last time and still growing back. They cut them again they are uneven and he also has hair sticking out of the top of his head and his doesn't look like he was groomed at all. Please do yourself a favor if you have any type of little dog that needs a professional groom, I have a Maltese mix so this would include yorkies, shih tzus, etc. don't waste your hard on cash earned cash on someone that does a half ass job. I now have to fix the top of my dog's head and face because there are hairs sticking out everywhere! Not to mention that the receptionist was rude concerning another matter. Please don't waste your time here there are better places out there with nicer staff. read more

Brought my pup with high hopes, but left feeling extremely disappointed. I called to make an appointment and requested a specific Groomer, they promised me I will get that Groomer I asked for because I said my dogs hair is very difficult to cut. I arrive on time on the day of the appointment and they informed me that the groomer is not there because I asked to meet her to discuss my dog's haircut. I said I was promised a particular Groomer and they said that they never do that and I said you do because you did and I knew the person I spoke with. They said don't worry we have very COMPETENT groomers. I took her at her word, big mistake, should've walked out and went to another Groomer!!!! I explained exactly how I wanted my dog cut. I provided a photo, well very disappointing to say I did not get what I asked for. I still tipped the groomer because I didn't feel it was right that not to tip the groomer would not be nice, since she did do the work. I do have an expectation and hope that the OWNER will call me back to actually have a discussion as I felt. I was very misled and lied to. If the Owner is willing to make up for this, then I will remove the review if not, the review will stay Because I am reporting it exactly as it happened. This is why they only get one Star because without one star, you cannot leave a review. Once again, extremely disappointed! Sooooooo I see the owner or who ever monitors their yelp page has not responded to my review. See how much they care about their work or customer reviews. went here for the first time since i'm new to PSL and i was squeezed in same day! i wish i i caught the name of who was helping me, but she was incredibly sweet and patient with myself and my hyperactive dogs! this is the first time i've given my dogs to a groomer and i got my dogs back (and not naked rats, lol!) i was told exactly how my dogs behaved and they were respectful of the doggies boundaries. deeeeefinitely coming back here again!!! read more

I took my 6 month old Yorkie here for a second visit and it was a horrible experience. The first time they did a half way decent job but you could not tell anything was done. The second visit we discussed the length that was to be cut and the area I wanted short while the lady was holding him but when I picked him up I did not recognize my own dog because they had cut him down to his skin all over without my permission. I even asked for a call if there would be any changes. I was totally devastated when I picked him up and there was no mention of why they cut him so short. I will never ever return here again. There is definitely a lack of communication here from the horrible phone service to in house communication. There need to be some type of written document for services requested by the customers so there will not be no miscommunication. read more

Flavia I think was her name my pups wouldn't stop barking & I couldn't really hear her , anyway , she greeted me with such a happy smile, Helped me with my pups , I have 4 , I can't say enough of her kindness! This is my second time here , I can't say enough of how kind helpful, clean , excellent service this place is! My friends who recommend it this place , have been coming here since they both moved here about a year ago . One has a Labradoodle , the other has a shitzu, they both have the pups groomed shampoo, & cut! They do such a great job, my pups , just get mani and Pedi's lol , I need to say I am so grateful and impressed on how kind they are to the animals,they really care , you can tell when your pet isn't afraid to go in , so if you want your pet to be safe and happy when they need a haircut this is your place read more

It's been roughly 5 months since the first and last time I took my 15 year old Maltese to this place. I thought there was no point for me to rant about how bad this place because compared to 55, 5 star reviews this place has, mine would basically look like a lie, and I wish it was made up but this place has left my dog serious mental health issues which he did not have before that one and only time I took him there. I am now unable to shower him myself because he cries almost as if he were being tortured with boiling water or something. From the 15 years of having him, he would never act in such a way as he does now after being taken there. That day I took him to this place, I was being charged extra for him not complying to the process and being "too difficult to handle". And no I am not complaining for an extra 10 dollars, but for the unfairness of their ridiculous policy. If a pet is being "too difficult to handle", please call the owner and let them know, especially if the pet hasn't given any issues before in other places. Don't just go on with the process, torture the pet, cause them harm, just to get paid the miserable $65 for the visit and then ban them from the place. I cry every time I see my beloved dog go through this panic attack during and after his shower. I feel so powerless knowing that there's nothing I can do at this point to undo the trauma they have caused him. It is so awful to know that there are cruel people trying to make a perfect image of themselves just because they can groom a couple of pretty dogs up and not want to deal with dogs who may require more attention and patience. Some people are really just blinded by the fact of wanting to make the most money they can, no matter at what cost and not do it because it's actually their passion. For those who have had a great experience at this place, I'm truly glad for you, for those thinking of taking your pet there, who may be elderly or require more patience, well I hope you make right choice. read more
