I love that they immediately put your pet in an exam room so you don't have to deal with lobby germs and interactions and you also pay in the room to scoot out quick. He still was rude and didn't really care the fellow behind the desk said would you like to talk to the groomer? I said no it was too late. They can't glue his hair back on . I will never go there again. The owner does not know how to carry on a business or care about his clientele.

The previous groomer would always shear our dog right to the skin, telling us he was too matted. Turns out he just didn't want to spend the time, taking too many dogs at the same time.
