He brought Mark for a follow-up visit, as Mark covers our area and was the primary provider. Mark is so gentle and kind, and you can tell he truly loves animals. During our 3 weeks away, our son was here after work and overnight, but Mark came during the daytime to do feedings and walks. He worked around our schedule, sometimes coming twice during the day. We often have visitors, and our pup is very friendly with everyone, but he has a special love for Mark, as he is always SUPER excited to see him! In his care, 5 days a week, she went on pack walks with other big dogs and enjoyed it! Sunny is a small, ShihTzu mix rescue. Spending time with Jalen and his pack really opened her up. And she always came back refreshed and well-exercised. I have full faith and confidence in Jalen and hope we can work with him again if we ever need help with walks in the future. The Woof Pack--Rick & Debbie-- are terrific to work with. Professional, personable, efficient and accommodating.
