I escalated a delivery issue with OnTrac several days ago and got no resolution. My case was…read moreclosed, and I was told to "contact the shipper," which doesn't fix the problem. The issue is with an OnTrac driver repeatedly delivering my packages to the wrong location. This has now happened with five separate shipments. I have no idea where these packages are, and I shouldn't have to search the neighborhood to do your driver's job. Customer support was ineffective--no attempt to recover the packages, no follow-up, and no effort to correct the ongoing issue. I also have more shipments on the way and zero confidence they'll be delivered correctly. If OnTrac is responsible for delivery, then it needs to take responsibility for its drivers. Telling customers to contact the seller is not a solution.

He was patient and understanding. Finally when I was ready for the move he came to look at what we had in the apartment, he gave us a quote of time and hours and we scheduled the move. He came with one other person and they arrived a bit early and worked for 6 years straight moving all our stuff up and down the stairs. They were really careful with our items, wrapping them carefully and nothing was damaged during the move. I actually had him come out another time for a smaller move bcs I didn't have everything ready the first time. It took him and a helper like 20 mins to move 20 boxes - would have taken my boyfriend at least 2 days to do it. Niki and his guys are super efficient, friendly and accommodating. And pricing was really reasonable. I got a bunch of quotes from other places and it was just crazy with the hours, truck charge and all the extra fees. Niki's prices are a set price, no truck fee or hidden charges. That's what good business is about.

I purchased a safe from a local tractor supply store, with the understanding that delivery included bringing the 600 lb. lock-box into the first floor of my home. However, come delivery day, the delivery person lacked the equipment (a functional pallet jack, hand truck, etc.) to even get the safe into my driveway without the assistance from me (a 59-year old man) and my wife (she's 120 lbs soaking wet). The delivery man stated he was only supposed to drop it onto the curb and leave.
