I was miserable two days ago but I went to pt hoping I would feel better. NEVER has it opened without shots or surgeries!! When I got there I was so miserable & Shayna (my PT) got it opened!!!! Today I went and she got my jaw to open double the amount they could even open under anesthesia!! I have never had it open this much in 25 yrs!! She really is amazing!!!! It took him a few more minutes to make an adjustment and I was a new person! With weekly sessions and daily home exercises I have gained strength and support and have not had any problems. I never leave reviews, but it bears communicating: One of the staff members at the desk gave me…read moreincorrect information (that NY State mandates 10 appts without a referral- that isn't true!), and when I tried to decode that she decided to argue with me continuously (including giving more incorrect info) AND literally took the opportunity to call a bunch of people and speak badly of me in FRONT of me at the office- only some of it was in English, I can only imagine what she was saying otherwise. I just called again (there aren't many PTs covered around me), and she again took the opportunity to argue instead of make up for her mistake. At this point I feel there's no chance of receiving quality care here, specifically because of her attitude. If I went here, I'd also have to see her- and she makes me so uncomfortable I'm deciding not to receive care. Incorrect info aside, it's the willingness to fight and put me down that really disturbed me. I think she's the sister of the owner, so expect her to be there a long time. Finally, IF I had listened to her incorrect information I would be on the hook for out of pocket PT (she kept insisting I could come in without a referral, even though my insurance told both of us that wasn't the case.) I hope the practice takes this review seriously-- I'd like to think that at least the PTs take their oath not to do harm seriously.

The other place had someone helping me who was also helping 2 other people at the same time giving each person a few minutes before rotating. I felt I was by myself almost the entire time. With motivate this wasn't the case at all. Christine worked with me the entire time while I was there for each session. She explained things very well and watched me doing the exercises to ensure they were done correctly. Well after a month my shoulder impingements were significantly better and I am now able to do certain motions that hurt in the past pain free. I called this place of businessman an appointment 2 or…read more3 days went by as the day for my therapy was approaching they called me to reschedule the original appointment. I, trying to show Im a person that will work with them said sure. Then a day later they called to change the time of said appointment AGAINI said sure. The day of my appointment I was running 4-6 minutes behind then I saw the building at the same time I received a call how far away I was I then reiterated I'm kn your parking lot parking the lady ate desk told me to hold on. When the receptionist came back she informed me that they had to cancel my appointment. Remember the day They initially canceled I had to cancel a showing of a house I'm selling. So I lost a possible sale, a 3 to 6 minute run around and no appointment AT ALL. THAT WAS UN PROFESSIONAL AND UN-CONCERNED WITH MY things to do. I felt if I was kind enough and they NEVER even consdidered my needs and a NEW customer they could have handled the patient needs just as I was patient to their needs. I will not ever use their services and making possible patient aware of their uncaring attitude. I gave one star cause again I'm a gentleman. Think twice.

I brought my daughter here as she's a year round athlete who injured herself. The therapists got to know her very quickly, worked well with her and she made a good recovery under their care. They were pleasant, always asked questions to determine if she was just being lazy (lol) that day or actually having issues in the recovery process. If it was purely just the therapy staff that I had to deal with I would bring her back again if the need ever arose. The support staff however I was very unhappy with. Starting witty the insurance verification process. They proceeded to quote benefits that were not mine. They demanded full payment up front for visits when my whole family has 2 insurances that they are listed as in network in for both. I have worked for healthcare insurance for all of my adult life and if I didn't know what I was doing I surely would have paid ouut of pocket for services that my daughter was more than covered for. In addition they were very mean about the entire ordeal. Not to mention that the practice at the time was very busy & it's hard to get an appt that's not weeks away. Sadly, when I had surgery a while after I chose to just use crystal run therapy. I would have loved to go someplace closer to home but not at this cost. The 3 stars I'm giving are solely for the therapists & not the business staff at all.
