I know that my recovery and my long-term quality of life are dependent upon someone else properly accessing my needs and determining an appropriate course of therapy to ensure that my full recovery is on the near horizon. I received that with Motion- Monroe West. They created a challenging approach (exactly what I wanted) and they worked with me during my recovery and pivoted when I was sore or when pain appeared to be lingering longer that expected. I never doubted that I was on the road to recovery thanks to them. Each time that I arrived they asked questions to access whether an adjustment in therapy needed to be made for the day. Or if I wasn't being challenged enough and was ready for the next level of progression in my therapy. They even implemented and employed several alternative approaches to my recovery that I would not have considered or thought of. This was all initiated by them constantly asking questions to ensure that I was constantly progressing Caleigh, Jennifer, Jordyn and Devin were all amazing and regularly went above and beyond for the patients. They even shared the office snacks with us. Taking care of your injury and your belly Very welcoming and friendly environment. Top shelf all the way. Highly, recommend.

First I would like to commend all of the physical therapists and therapy assistants at Bardonia…read morePhysical Therapy in Monroe. They are wonderful and exceedingly knowledgeable in their profession. My issue is with the owner, Alex. I had been going to Physical Therapy status post a spinal fusion. The therapy was going well with the women who worked on me and helped me to improve immensely working on my back and showing me subsequent muscle stretches. Then Alex came in one day, introduced himself as the owner, overly friendly and then pulled the curtain around the table I was on - this had not been done as a normal part of my therapy so I was a little concerned. Then he started to work on my adductors (the inside muscles of the thigh), asking me to place my foot on his upper leg for stability. He continued working up my leg from my knee to my upper inner thigh. I felt this was inappropriate as no one had worked in this area before and I had been going to PT for about a month. When he finished, he pulled back the curtain and walked away. Again, this was extremely inappropriate and subsequently I would never have allowed him to work on my again. I just would like to tell other women to pay attention to what type of physical therapy is being done on and to them. As I said, I cannot praise highly enough the female therapists- they are amazing and the only reason I recovered from my surgery so quickly!!!

She insist that everything was fine and just go for my appointments. well last Saturday 03/09/2024 after my visit, Dr. Franklin, he asked if Dr. Perri informed that I need to pay $40 for that session and for the others ones, that my insurance denied my 10 free sessions, she never call me, she lie to Dr. Franklin saying that she talked to me about this, I never received a bill for these sessions, so now I need to pay $160, when I call dr. Perri to ask for an explanation, she don't even apologies for her mistake, she just said that she didn't know that the insurance will no give me those free sessions and now I need to pay, I told her that I will pay but never will be back to her place, she charge to my credit card without my authorization $200 on 03/10/2024. What a terrible customer service for this person. I would like to share my terrible experience so this doesn't happen to another person.

I never received any text/call other than when they cancelled my first appt on the 13 th of March and have been unable to reach them . That and the rudeness and lack of empathy for my situation I would never use this place . Called another place called access who were more than helpful and got me a appt in a week. I won't even put a star for becks if I have to in order to lodge this review I will give one star what a inconsiderate pompass employee I do t know how he expects to be successful

This Review is for people that are in pain and in need of Physical Therapy I'm Recommending that…read morethey go to Beck Physical Therapy because I went there myself for my back and neck pain so I know first hand how the Staff of Beck Physical Therapy does their jobs and how they treat the people that they are working with. If you have been in any kind of accident or had surgery for whatever reason go to Beck you won't be SORRY that you went. The first time that you go you will have to fill out paperwork and then you will be evaluated and then they will come up with what you will have to do with a staff member helping you with the Physical Therapy right for you sometimes they will have you lifting very small weights and doing arm exercises for an amount of time. Then you would switch to a stationary bike to do exercises for your legs for another amount of time. Then you would be doing exercises with a ball bending and lifting with your feet with the ball also for an amount of time. then depending you would either get either heat or ice to wherever your pain is and also for another amount of time it definitely is a workout on the road to recovery. TO ALL OF THE THERAPISTS OF BECK PHYSICAL THERAPY THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO TO HELP PATIENTS SEE THAT ROAD OF RECOVERY IN FRONT OF THEM!!!! THAT'S SO IMPORTANT!!!!
