Your statement that you "did not receive a call" does not change the fact that I made a good-faith effort to notify you and attend the scheduled appointment. If there were any issue on your end--whether technical or otherwise--the professional response would have been to follow up, especially given that this was communicated as an urgent matter. Instead, there was complete silence until after I left a review, which raises serious concerns about reliability and professionalism. Leaving a client waiting without communication--particularly when you hold yourself out as a private investigator handling sensitive or urgent situations--is unacceptable. This experience reflects a lack of basic professional responsibility. Clients depend on timely communication, especially in urgent situations. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here.

To say the least, my case was dismissed without prejudice and I had to refile again. Greg answered my call immediately and agreed to re-serve her again for free since it was his error. When speaking with Greg, he seemed experienced and eager to complete the task. He was easy to talk to, and made me feel confident that he could get the job done. He assured me that he has been doing this for a long time. HOWEVER, his organization, attention to detail, and technological skills may not be his strong suit.
