Not recommended. Avoid this place. Made me to drive to appointment and then did not answer the phone after my arrival. Waited over an hour no show. Kept calling, no answer, and a suspicious person continue to watch me the entire time while pretending to be using a phone. To date, I have not heard back from them despite notifying them of the unprofessional and questionable service. Not even an apology. Unprofessional. Stay away.. I did, in fact, contact you upon arrival, and I have the timestamped screenshot to confirm it. The communication was sent with more than enough time for you to receive it and respond. There was no reply, no follow-up, and no attempt to reach back out while I was there waiting for over an hour. Your statement that you "did not receive a call" does not change the fact that I made a good-faith effort to notify you and attend the scheduled appointment. If there were any issue on your end--whether technical or otherwise--the professional response would have been to follow up, especially given that this was communicated as an urgent matter. Instead, there was complete silence until after I left a review, which raises serious concerns about reliability and professionalism. Leaving a client waiting without communication--particularly when you hold yourself out as a private investigator handling sensitive or urgent situations--is unacceptable. This experience reflects a lack of basic professional responsibility. Clients depend on timely communication, especially in urgent situations.
