I had two punctures in my tire and Dave patched it up in record timing and got me on my way. Exceptional Service!!

if I had the option, I wouldn't give it any stars forget this dude he's a crook. He will stick it to you. I don't know if he tried taking advantage of my business only because I'm a woman and he thinks I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to vehicles,I know exactly what I'm talking about. I just didn't want to do the work myself because I don't like doing wheel bearings. I took my Honda in there to get all of my wheel bearings done and he turned around and ordered me $800 worth of tires for my Honda and said that it just needed tires no dude it needed wheel bearings so yeah I ended up paying for the new tires and still having a wheel bearing issue and i went in To talk to him about it whatever before the tires even came and he just totally he like ignored me walked away from me. He was just rude seriously once he got my money he quit being nice to me and was just an asshole. read more

I'm working on an older van, there are some mechanical things that I don't have the time to do. I have had it in their shop a couple of different times for different things and Dave, Bubba, Owen have all been very responsive and go over and above expectations. Sharing from a friends post - SHAME ON YOU AUSTIN TIRE! Understanding what it's like to be a business owner, I normally don't like posting about other businesses, however, I feel this is warranted and people should be warned. Dave took our Tahoe to Austin Tire shortly after we purchased it. He was trying to surprise me by getting new tires put on with custom white lettering saying Yerhart Tahoe. The vehicle was dropped off at Austin Tire right before we left for our last vacation together to Key Largo, FL in April 2019. Upon our return, we find out that the vehicle was not done. Not only was it not done, it wasn't even started. Additionally, I needed the vehicle so we had to get it. When I got inside my "new to me" vehicle, there was grease and dirt on my visor and ceiling, dirt on the seats, center counsel and floor AND kid shoe prints on my back seats. I immediately called. To my surprise, the owner told me "he" took my vehicle home while I was gone and used it to transport his kids to the bus stop. I threw a fit!! Who does that?! He said he would make it right and apologized so I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and took the vehicle back to get the original work done. The lettering was falling off the first day. We called and the owner dropped off some glue for US to fix it ourselves. We were NOT happy!! We never received a bill....SO I THOUGHT! Dave had a set of rims that he had taken to Austin Tire prior to this. Since my Dave passed away, nobody even contacted me to get these rims. Thankfully our son, Nick, remembered they were there. When he went to get them today, the owner handed him a bill. TODAY, yes, 8 months later, I get a bill (in MY name) for $972.57. I immediately call. He basically laughed in my face on the phone and said he took off the alignment (which should have been free with new tires). DON'T USE AUSTIN TIRE!! read more

This place was bought out by David Watson. He has turned this place round 100%! Fair prices, everyone is so friendly, gets me in almost right away when I just walk in even though they are clearly busy! I came in once thinking something major was wrong with my car. They cheked it out and it was something simple and cheap to fix. They did not try to take advantage of me just cuz I'm a girl. They actually explaine things to me so that I can understand what is going on too. I will only take my cars to them! They rock! The best of all is he makes me coffee while I wait! Lol read more

Nice service but well over priced compared to competitors. Lots of hidden fees and over charge. Will for not return for future business.

During a cross-country road trip, several error lights on our dashboard lit up. We stopped at Austin Tire & Service because it was conveniently right off of I-90... and we are so glad we did! If you are in the area and need automobile help THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Great service, better people! They also have a restroom and ice cold water. Talk about midwestern hospitality! read more
