Overall the service was excellent and speedy, but not rushed: he saw me right away and helped me make all the decisions I needed, providing his guidance and opinions when I wasn't sure about specifics. After being disappointed with the men's warehouse I traveled from Hemlock to come check out Baryames Tuxedo in lansing to search for a suit for my wedding. I was greeted by De'von Ward. He was extremely polite and professional. I showed him a picture of the type of look I was going for. He took my measurements and then went to work to find me my suit. I am very happy with what he picked out and got the perfect fit. He gave us info on a tailor for the jacket as well. Great suit at a great price and exceptional customer service. There is no reason you can't give measurements out to me so I can have all of our groomsmen order together, since they can't be together in person as some do not live in the area. I can't thank Catina and her staff enough for the suits for my wedding! Without seeing the bridesmaids dresses she matched the ties and handkerchiefs perfectly. Suits were moderately priced and they looked absolutely amazing. We got everything done in 2 weeks notice, maybe less. She was a very sweet and courteous lady, and all of the staff were properly masked as well. I'll go back there whenever I need another suit for sure. read more

First and foremost Omar the store manager at Baryames was great and tried helping us. Omar you deserve to work for a company that will respect and treat you right. Second, Katina Baryames is a Total Bitch and does nothing to help your situation at all. We had our groomsman rent just a vest and tie for our wedding, sun coral. Upon getting g ready on saturday morning all the vest were different, some full back, others half back and the one full vest was sun coral all the way around while 2/3 of the groomsmen were white backs which was fine if the all had the same color vest. Called and spoke with Omar and he did everything g he possibly could to help in a short time. There was a change order done to the vest last minute and omar was not aware of that or he would have called us. I personally saw the order change today, 8/26/19. One groomsmen was a half back. Keep in mind 3 of them were 3xl. But the owner said the halfback was 4xl as I'm starrong at a 3xl!!!! She laughed and chuckled all while explaining what has happen. She also never reached out to us. when in the store explaining the problem she talked to me like I was stupid. I was getting upset and the only thing she did was refund only two of my groomsmen and she only refunded a portion, the vest. and when ask to refund all, she said she couldn't do that and that's not possible. Katina, you should not be in business and not to mention all of the other people that we tell will right a review. You ruined some precious moments for us when we wanted certain pictures taken of our special day of the groomsman with theirs backs. You should be ashamed of your self and how you treat your employees as well let alone how you treat customers that feed your pitifull mouth. You are truly a disgrace to running a shitty business, just in it for the money!! Karma will take of that!! IF YOU NEED TUXEDOS, GET THEM HERE!! I always thought tux rental places were all the same, but that is NOT the case. My fiance' had to get a tux for a friend's wedding last summer and they went to MW tux. The service was okay, but when he picked up his tux the pants were WAY too short. They fixed them for us but we had to come back the next day. I thought the price was a bit high but I didn't know any better. The other guys in the wedding had the same problems with the tuxes not fitting right. So, when we started looking for tuxes for our own wedding, we wanted to shop around. Enter Baryames Tuxedo. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The service was amazing, the selection was much bigger, and the price?.... $45 LESS THAN WHAT WE PAID AT MW! Plus, there were other people there picking up their tuxes while we were looking at styles and they all fit beautifully. Planning a wedding is stressful. I'm glad that at least I don't have to worry about the tuxedos. Hopefully we'll have this much luck with the rest of the planning. read more
