Very uncaring people. After 3 plus years as a customer, we've hit a rough patch. Made 2 payments ($500 on a $750 bill), and were set to pay off in one week our propane bill from Feb 5. Becks came out and took something off our tank so our heat stopped. It snowed last night and temperatures aren't planning on coming up for a few days. We borrowed the money to pay these bloodsuckers off today. They do not deserve our retirement money - or yours. We will be switching companies when this gas has run out. What a great "family operated business", NOT. Thats how you give back to the community you serve Eric? They are nice as long as you don't run into any hard times, just wait, when this happens to one of them, who can't pay a bill on their timeframe, its going to hurt, just like what you did to us today. We have been customers of Becks for several years and are very pleased with their service. We do the Pre Buy, which is very convenient. I went in this morning to pay for our next year's worth, the counter staff in the propane department were friendly and competent. They even offered me a free cup of coffee which I sorely needed. read more

They are very nice to you until you decide to leave. Watch out if you pre buy, because what's on your account is not refundable. They did however let us use our balance when we quit to put propane in our neighbors tank because he was a relative. Then they charged our account $85 to pick up the tank they owned.
