I waited thirty days past install date and was told another month the gates would be finished. Numerous excuses and delays. Finally he showed up to install the very large and heavy gates alone. Being it was late in the afternoon he dropped off the gates and said he would return the next day. We noticed on one of the gates it was a foot too short also numerous areas that had damage. We took photos and sent them along with our concerns to him. His response was very angry and unprofessional , that's all I have to say about it. He came to our home the next day and took the gates and never returned to finish the job . So i even tried reaching out to have the job completed and was told no not interested too busy. As soon as George saw the heads he told me the wrong valve seals were on from the previous owner. He fixed it in 3 days for a very affordable price and now I can get started on getting this project on the road. To date I have taken him 4-5 vehicle heads. 1974 Plymouth Valiant slant 6 (heavy as hell) got head shaved down for better compression, hardened seats, and a valve job. This was a great idea the car is still running great by the way. The second was a 1995 GMC Sonoma 4.3L TBI V6 two heads cleaned leveled and valve job. The third was a 2003 Mazda protege 2.0L I4 head cleansed leveled and valve job. Forth 2000 GMC Jimmy 4.3L Vortec V6 cleaned heads level valve job. So I will never go anywhere else. Also FYI they also rebuild engines so this means that is you need your crankshaft turned or engine kits or replacement parts like cranks call them first. I'm telling you they are the first number you should ever think of. Check em out

I had to have it towed to my mechanic where he found the alternator purchased from them was bad. Per my mechanic, that was my first mistake. He added that they had horrible customer service and they weren't going to like me telling them their part was bad. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! They did not want to give me a refund; stating that their policy is no refunds on parts that were already installed. How was I supposed to know it was bad before installing??? I had to argue with them and they stated they had to confirm their alternator was bad. They were supposed to contact me the next morning, but instead they avoided me. They eventually ended up refunding me my money and stated they had it tested and it was good. But my car worked perfectly fine with a new alternator from Tucson Alternator where they tested the old one and confirmed it was bad. They also charged me a 15% restocking fee.... for their BAD alternator!!! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, a week without my car, a tow fee of $130 and labor for my mechanic when it could've been fixed that same day in their parking lot if their part was good; they were the ones upset at me. Horrible experience. Highly recommend everywhere else except COST LESS!
