We called a month or so later to get an estimate on adding a hitch receiver and K & R referred us to U-Haul because the cost is cheaper there than what K & R would charge. It's still leaking, and from where? The main rear seal, which is what I told them was the problem from the beginning, so in short they're just worried about the money, definitely not the customer service. And as far as I'm concerned they're backwoods machanics, definitely not worth the money they pry from your hands, and to top it all off no courtesy calls or nothing you have to physically call them to get an update or to even find out if your vehicle is ready, plus I had a quarter of a tank when I brought it in and when I got it back my light was on.
