From start to finish I felt heard and taken care of. One of my biggest pet peeves is a stylist painting your forehead with coloring and not removing it completely before you leave the salon. The girl I had didn't do anything to my nails, no treatments at all, pretty much if I had stayed home and painted my own nails it would have been the same experience, there was nothing special done, no cleaning of my nails or trimming, not even hand lotion at the end. So it wasn't a manicure it was a nail painting. I had a gel manicure for the 1st time on my recent trip to Long Island, NY and you would think it would be expensive up there, wrong I paid less money and this is what I got from the NY salon. Gel manicure, cleaned, trimmed, files nails, did my cuticles, gel nail polish (that lasted 3 weeks), paraffin hand bath, hand lotion and arm and had massage, and a free back massage. So really compare and contrast there was no comparing these two places. when I spend money on something like that I want it to be special and relaxing. I wanted to take my sister out for a manicure that was close to where I live but I will not be going there again. If you are only going to paint nails, don't call it a manicure and you should charge WAY less money for it. Very disappointed.

A credit card fee is assessed by a certain percentage, not any dollar you decide to ask your customer to pay. Don't fall for their 'membership' card scam, any balance remaining on the card cannot be exchanged for cash in return and they only allow a top up of $100 minimum. Go anywhere else but here. If you're the business owner and you're reading this, try harder to remove this review because I will repost.

That's why the 1 star off, otherwise it would have been a 5star experience. The haircut itself is really good. And I'm thinking of dying my hair with them for a change. The hairdresser dissuaded me from highlight. But I'm still worried about the maintenance cost, having to die it every 2-3 months, etc sounds like a lot of time just to get myself look decent.
