Not one friendly individual. My technician was rough as heck with my feet and did a poor job!

I made a last minute appointment to have my gel polish taken off. I was seated promptly for my appointment where the technician (Tony) began removing my polish. He was thorough and speedy (in a good way). It was the best removal I've ever experienced and left no damage to my nails. The salon is clean and pleasant to be in. I had a French pedicure and manicure. Tony was my technician. Rather than remove my gel from my toes with remover he used a dremel to grind the gel off. When he was finished with the pedicure you could see the old gel marks showing through. He painted my tips free handed and they were not the best. My manicure was nice. The shop is clean and very nice! read more

Absolutely love this place! It's so welcoming, relaxing, & clean. Everyone here is very friendly. This is the only nail salon I prefer to go to. I have done walk-in appointments before, but it's best to just book an appointment just in case they're busy since they get a lot of business. I just recently had an appointment with Tammy at T&N to get a gel full set & a pedicure before my vacation. I love these folks. I've had nightmare experiences at local nail salons where the technicians walk off in the middle of service and my feet sit in cold water waiting for someone else. At T&N, I can make an appointment, and they are always prompt and friendly. Sophia is wonderful, but I've had other technicians, and they've all been great. It's quality work, and the jelly pedicure is divine. I'm in and out in the perfect time. I can't recommend these folks enough. They charge a bit more, but it is so worth it. I didn't make an appointment but luckily they were able to fit me in for dip nails and a pedi. It sounds like they are very busy and booked solid for a while. They have quite a few options color wise for dip powders and it was pretty quick. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes for both a pedi and dip nails. My only complaint is that the lady doing my nails didn't push my cuticles back, so even leaving that day my nails already looked pretty grown out. Now a few days later it looks like my nails have been on for weeks and need a fill. That kinda sucks but other than that my nails look pretty nice. It's not super expensive and the people were okay. Nobody really talked to me but as long as they weren't rude I don't care. A lot of people get worried about the salon people talking bad about them in a different language but that was not the case here at all. This was a very quiet, relaxing environment and they take COVID precautions seriously. Everyone wore a mask properly and they spaced clients out pretty far. First walked on and everything was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. Their pedicure was very nice, but I felt as though it was lacking in getting all of my dead skin. The finish toe design was not what I wanted either but overall happy with that. Do not get their manicure! They made me bleed, did not take their time there isn't even full color on half of my nails. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!!!! My daughters and I have been coming here to T&N for years now! We have had pedis, full sets, fills and mania with gel. We have not been disappointed yet! The staff are friendly and professional! They know us by name and we always have a great time laughing and joking with the staff. The only time we had any issue with a staff member we reported it to Tammy and it was dealt with promptly. I recommend T&N to everyone!!! read more

I made an appointment to get a gel pedicure. They sat customers far apart from each other. As soon as i walked in, they made me wash my hands. Mandatory masking is strictly required. They also had a plastic barrier between the nail technician and the customer. read more

This place was recommended to us when we moved to PA. NEVER again will we go here, once was enough! My daughter and I got dip powder, or what they call dip powder. They put GEL over top of dip instead of using dip products to finish your nails. Instead of using DIP to ombré they again use gel polish! In 3 days the polish was already coming off of the powder, my daughters nails are coming loose from the dip powder and then on day 5 the entire end of one finger nail broke off, let me say this was her real nails she had been working for months to grow out so she is not a happy teenager right now! I sent a private message on Facebook about our bad experience in hopes they would make it right, but instead they just never responded! So we just wasted $100 and a week later are going to find a place that will provide quality products and service! Do yourself a favor and go else where. read more

Sadly, a little success has tarnished their customer customer service. They are always busy but not very nice and act like they are doing you a favor by being there. I was going regularly for about three months and always made an appointment. Twice I was told I was there at the wrong time. I know I didn't make the mistake as I set the appointment for the same time on the same day after work. Today, the owner was standing right next to me and refused to acknowledge any type of mistake or even apologize for the inconvenience. In fact, he didn't even look up at my face or speak to me. Customer service is #1 for me so I guess I will find a new place to spend my money. read more

STAFF NOT FRIENDLY. Today was my third attempt to give a fair review to this nail salon but I just can't. They cater to the customers getting nail tips rather than those of us that are looking for a manicure with gel nails. I was once again rushed to pick a color for which I am not happy and my so called gel manicure was rushed in 25 minutes! So much so that the tech forgot to put my clear coat on. She looked at me like I was crazy when I mentioned that she forgot. I took my Mother with me so she could get a relaxing manicure as well and she too was rushed so they could get back to the nail tip customers. It isn't good service to push someone's hand away because it isn't in the position you want it. Some advice, take a few minutes to say hello to your customers or perhaps just smile a bit. Maybe this would put you in an advantage with your competition. I will say that the salon is clean, however, I give zero stars for customer service. read more
