Wagbnb booked her into a spacious suite at a moment's notice, sent lots of photos and videos of my puppy's stay, and made sure she was comfortable and safe. When my puppy was a bit too nervous for playgroup, staff immediately contacted me and arranged to do individual play with my puppy instead. Staff puts dogs' safety first. Puppy came home without being overtired, hungry, or thirsty. I rarely board my pets. When I do, Wag is the only place in town that I trust.

There is no evidence of recent accidents It's just in the air. It is very chaotic in the morning There is no counter area counter separating the metal tables with computer wires and the metal chairs. The sound level is jarring with no sound barriers. More than once I have picked my dog up dog and he has been soaked in urine like he had been laying in it. I asked about it and I was told it must be water. More than once I have had to take my dog to a dog wash and shampoo him before I could take him home.. Incidents such as these along with the uncaring attitude, the front staff has shown has sent me over the edge. I am not taking my pet back and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Their front desk staff (including Kassandra and Courtney) is helpful and friendly, and they always recognize us and our dog and come out to pet him! We've worked with several vets for basic check-ups, including Dr. Ford and Dr. Thomas, and they are kind and gentle. For daycare, we love Rhonda, LaDonna, and Daniel- they are always so sweet with our dog. Once I came to pick up my dog from day care early, and they let me go back to the outdoor area to watch him play (without any notice), which I always take as a good sign! How we came to be customers at Above and Beyond was because we found our dog on the street one cold Saturday morning, and they were one of the only vets in town that had Saturday afternoon hours. They checked him over for us and did a last minute rush on his vaccines. Of course we love that whenever we come to visit they always remember our story! Finally, we are moving to Chicago, and they called all around town to track down a specific vaccine that we needed before our move. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are sad to leave Above and Beyond because we cannot say enough good things about them!!!

I spent two weeks trying to decide where to leave them, and I'm so glad we chose Tipton Pet Hotel. One of my favorite things was that the dogs have access to both indoor and outdoor spaces--it gave me so much peace of mind. The facility itself smelled amazing (which says a lot!), was very clean, and felt welcoming right away. The staff were warm, caring, and even let me check out their room with them, which I really appreciated. The absolute best part, though, was the communication. I truly felt like they cared about my girls. One of ours is a recent rescue, and I was a little nervous about how she would adjust, but they were so kind, patient, and genuine. I wish I had gotten the name of the person I spoke with because she was incredible. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Tipton, for taking such great care of our girls!

I was assured she would be with other dogs to match her energy and I was so happy to see pictures of both of them having a great time playing in the water. They were happy and tired when we got home. My dog was at Regal Pet Resort for eight days. While in their care they reported that they ran out…read moreof food for him. I measure his food for each day so he should not have been out. They wanted to charge $8.00 / day for their food. I had my son take by food. When I picked him up he seemed fine. The next day he begin coughing and throwing up white, foamy, slimy liquid that continued all morning. Could not eat or drink without throwing up. Took him to the vet. All his shots and vaccines were updated even his BORDETELLA which had 2 months before expiration. I will never take my dog there again. They take in too many dogs and things are not communicated to owners. I believe they ran out of my dogs food because he was throwing up and it was not noted!

I have been using them a little over year, the…read morelast 3 times what I have requested them to do didn't get done. 6 months ago I left my dog there on a 2 November got reservation and asked them to give him a grooming which didn't get done. June I left him there for 5 nights with enough food for that duration. When i picked him up there was 2 days of food left so i guess they decided he didn't need to be fed every day. This visit I had a reservation for 2 nights. I was called this morning and asked if I was picking him up today and I said yes. when I went to pick him up I was told that I wasn't supposed to pick him up till Tuesday so again he wasn't groomed. 3rd time a charm, I won't do business with people that don't take care of their business.
